I wasn’t aware there was a Vietnamese restaurant in close proximity to me. Google Maps made me aware of Pho & Baguette. I stopped by on a Friday night after, I assumed, the dinner rush. There were only two couples in the place having dinner. This was the second time visiting. I was there earlier in the week, the service was so slow I actually walked out. The place was busy but there were four empty tables that hadn’t been cleaned off yet. I sat at a table that was near the counter. I had to get my menu from the counter person but they didn’t come to take my order for the 15 minutes I waited. They also didn’t clean off the tables. The person behind the counter was on their cellphone. I was not impressed and walked out determined to give them another chance when I had time to wait.

5 stars to begin. Pho was authentic and portioned well. The noodles were fresh and the broth was hot. The server was quick and kind. Attentive and respectful! The place was clean and the sever kept up cleaning after people left and made sure the table was set and ready to go! The rolls were also good! Definitely coming back and recommend this place for some good Pho and other dishes! Thanks

Food was good. The BBQ pork rice was very good. The fish sauce comes spicy or non spicy. Make sure you tell them which way you want it. The shrimp roll was very fresh and comes with 2. The rice vermicelli was a good portion too. I would definitely eat there again.

Discovering this restaurant during our Virginia trip was a stroke of luck. Based on reviews on Google Maps, we decided to give it a shot – and we were blown away. The food was great and what truly made our visit special was Tina’s exceptional service. Noticing our long journey ahead, she generously treated us to complimentary coffee. We’ll definitely be back.

Best Pho place in Central Jersey! Broth is delicious. Everything is so fresh and the staff is so accommodating. You must try the Seafood Pho! I would take photos, but I ate it all!

Great food and decent prices. Smells so good in there! Delicious broth in the rare beef pho, the fries for the kids were fresh and crispy, and the banh mi sandwiches were amazing. Nice crispy (not hard) baguettes with flavorful fillings (we had bbq pork and the traditional).
