There are a lot of Vietnamese restaurants in San Diego and the quality can vary, but this one is solid. Despite a wide variety of menu items, the food is consistently good. Typical of most Vietnamese restaurants, service is not the best. It’s in a big shopping complex so parking is relatively easy. If you’re looking for good Vietnamese food, this would be one of my first choices.

The food used to be good. Now they are just average. What i don’t like is ordering on the app and the auto tip is set to 18%. When I got the bill, they charged tax on top of the 18% tip and suggested additional tip. That is not a right. 🙁

Good pho, authentic taste. Always quite busy and the waiters are decent. It was unfortunate that we were eating along with some extremely loud kids, and when I say loud I mean incessant screaming. Normally I don’t really mind, but this was just not okay. I wish the parents did something, or at least the waiters could have stepped up and asked the parents to calm them down (there were quite a few waiters just standing around, it’s not like they were powerless to do anything). Not saying that it is the waiter’s job, but there is no way they didn’t recognize the commotion and feel like it was a perfectly fine afternoon dinner experience for all the others there.

We placed an order for pick up, but they also have outdoor dining. The chicken noodle soup is yummy! My husband loved the vegetable tofu soup in chicken broth. Spring rolls were excellent too! We all chose the soft fresh noodle for our soups. Our order was ready in 15 minutes.

The food was good. However, the services were absolutely HORRIFIC from the moment we got there all the way to when the bill arrived. Also, if you must go there for Vietnamese food fix, double check your bill. The two of us were charged for a TIP ON APP roughly about 19% of our total order. ‘Long’, one of the servers working there at 10:00 am Monday morning, provided no services. He was constantly looking down at this phone throughout the whole time we were there, showing up at our table only to drop off the bill and take our money.
