The food here is great! I’ve ordered take out once, and dine-in once. Needless to say, I was a little confused with the layout of the restaurant. There’s a pool table, several lounge areas and a full bar. I thought it was a club. Lol. Overall, the owner of the restaurant was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for some good Pho!

I am not sure where to start! I can’t rave about this place enough! PHENOMENAL food, amazing service, atmosphere, music, and good beer! Absolutely a new favorite!!!! First of all – the Pho was THE MOST AMAZING Beef Pho I have ever tasted! I will go back a thousand times more just for the Pho! The broth alone was so smooth and beefy and robust at the same time. Then add the most perfectly cooked noodles and the rare beef we love ours spicy so of course I had to add their homemade chili oil paste crisp or whatever and WOW! Their paste with lime juice, Sriracha, the bright delicious notes of the licorice in the fresh Thai Basil and then the cilantro……mouth watering! The entire dish just made me want to dance, it tasted so good. Oh, and the super hot jalapeños on top made it even better! We actually arrived a bit after 9 (they stop serving pho at 9 and switch to more apps than dinner) but they were so nice and offered to still serve us Pho! The service was wonderful throughout and they were so polite and accommodating. We also love the atmosphere. Everyone that came in seemed to know eachother and it felt like I was hanging out at a friend’s house. I am so excited to go back as soon as I can! They also stay open until late/early morning hours which is great because I am one of those people with a crazy schedule and it’s nice to go to a chill spot sometime to get away that actually accommodates hours for people like me. recommend!

This was our first time at Pho Bar in Burlington NC. My husband ordered the Pho Beef Soup and said it was delicious, with very tender beef and fresh cilantro and basil. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai (in photo) which was a special not on the menu. It was the best pad Thai I ever had! Excellent service.

The beef pho is full of flavor and a has decent portion. I was really satisfied however when I ordered a chicken and steak hibachi combo, I felt robbed. The plate looked like a child’s plate portion with literally 2 small pieces of brocoli. I can name 10 different places in Burlington where I can better portions, qualitiy and prices for a hibachi menu. But again it’s call Pho bar.

Friendly staff but was very disappointed with the food. The fresh rolls were filled with only noodles. Atleast that’s all I tasted. The shrimp was obviously frozen. The sauce it came with wasn’t peanut sauce. It was very salty and not very tasty. The pho itself was a disappointment. I ordered the beef and added meatballs to it. I got exactly 6 small pieces of very gamey and mushy beef. The meatballs were tiny, the size of my fingernail, and I got 12 of those. The noodles were over cooked. The broth wasn’t anything special, but it was decent. The portion size looked bigger than it actually is. The bowl is shallow and wide so I thought it was more than it actually was. Overall, I left hungry and disappointed. I was so hoping I could find a local place to frequent but it looks like I’ll have to make the trek to Greensboro for my pho fix. Better prices and much larger portions/quality of meat. The first photo is before adding any sauces. You can clearly see there’s not much meat. The other photos are after mixing the sauces. Still very little meat as shown. They were all taken before I started eating.

I stopped in here for lunch today (weekday, for those interested) while running errands. The gentleman behind the register was talking to a person waiting for a to-go order, upon my approach he promptly and politely paused his conversation with her to greet me and let me know I could sit wherever I wanted. Which I did.
