Stopped by for early lunch as this was a place we saw and wanted to try. We got the pho and bun rieu. Both broth were flavorful and didn’t need any extra condiments. The iced coffee was great as well. A little pricey but would recommend and come back again.

Really good food with friendly service! Hubs and I stopped in for lunch and were impressed. We ordered the spring rolls to share. The noodles were fresh and not dry at all like most I’ve had. The peanut sauce that comes with them is made from scratch and quite good!

We were excited for this place to open and happy to say it was worth the wait! We ordered the Pho and it was delicious. The broth tasted fresh and had the perfect amount of flavor. The Pho “special” comes with a bone in rib which was very good. Prices are typical for the Happy Valley area, and I would say much worth it.

This by far is the best vegetarian pho in Oregon. I have friends who also tell me that are not vegetarian tell me this is the best pho around town. If you haven’t tried it out then you are definitely missing out. The service is great, the drinks are great, the viet coffee is ridiculously good, the presentation of the food is great and on top of that the food is clean. On the weekend they have specials and my wife thinks people should try every one of their specials.

When you open an ethnic restaurant in a bedroom community you are almost guaranteed deviation from authenticity. People forget that in the end we need to cater to our demographic. I came to Pho Bar twice before I made this review and this what I have found between both my experiences.
