I ADORE this place and consider it the best pho and Vietnamese place I’ve ever tried (and I’ve had plenty to choose from)!

Ordered the seafood pho, it contained shrimp and imitation crab meat. However, the shrimp shell was not fully peeled off. When asked why the shells weren’t peeled, our waiter said they didn’t know.

Over priced for cheap food!!! While we were in Wilmington for vacation, my wife and I looked for a Pho restaurant. We decided on this place due to its rating score. The broth was mediocre, it was kind of bland in my opinion. There should have been a deeper taste even though I did appreciate that the menu said “No MSG.” The banh mi sandwhich did not have any pate, it was bland too. What I can’t stand is that most Asian restaurants don’t understand that when you order an appetizer, it shouldn’t come at the same time as your main entre! And most disappointing of all is that the Boba drink, they claim to be 24 oz., well it was only 16 oz. I even questioned the waiter and he confirmed that it was 24 oz. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it. When I got home, I filled the same cup with some water and it was only 16 oz. Pretty disappointing!

This place drives me crazy! As a business owner, the way this place a ran and operated is very poor! The food could be better if they actually gave you food, pho come with no protein, along with any other broth dish, any other dish are also a toss up! I want to like this place but how can things be authentic if you leave things out of an authentic dish? I get so frustrated every time I come here and I’ve waited months in between visits hoping for a better experience but it keeps getting worse! I’m not one to leave reviews like this, but nothing changes and if another Vietnamese restaurant opens and actually does a good job and cares this place is in trouble. I hope the best for this place but I will not be returning, unless forced!

Super cheap, fresh and tasty. Not a crazy amount of options, but all the Pho bases are covered and you will leave full (with leftovers).

Was looking for some Vietnamese food while visiting Wilmington, and this place did not disappoint. Started off with the fried sampler, which was a great deal with a bit of each of the deep fried appetizers. Everything was fried well, not super oily and the sweet fish sauce dip was really good. My main meal was the spicy beef noodles (bun bo hue), and it was delicious. The portion was good, albeit the noodles to meat ratio was skewed toward noodles. The broth was great, ery authentic, and the lemongrass chili they give you on the side, set it off for me. They even had Vietnamese coriander, which I rarely see provided at other Viet place. My kid had the pho dac biet (special) and loved it. I tasted the bone broth and it was very flavorful. My other kid had shrimp fried rice and was happy they didn’t cheap on the shrimp and gave a large portion. His fried rice was great. My wife had the vegan pho, which she said was just okay because it was on the sweet side. Overall, really enjoyed the food and the staff was super friendly. Definitely recommended.
