I definitely was not impressed. Not to say I’m an expert but I’ve eaten Pho at several restaurants in about 14 states and this was on the top of the worst. The broth was flavorless, dull , luke warm . The lukewarm broth bothered me the most. The tripe smelled like wet dog and the noodles were way undercooked. The hosts was horrible he did not appear to have any hospitality training or knowledge. My table was dirty, the soy sauce bottle was empty as were many others on tables . The floor looked as if it was not cleaned in a while. The bathroom light was very dull which made it difficult to see and it was dirty. This whole experience was horrible and I don’t recommend it.

Great new addition to Fallbrook. I stopped in for some quick take-out. They have a robust menu filled with a variety of delicious dishes I can’t wait to try. I ordered a few things, the Bánh Mì sandwich, Chicken Pho, House Special Vermicelli – Bun Dac Biet, & a Boba tea.

First impression walking into this new place is the mildew smell. We were there on a Wednesday at 12:30 for lunch, and we were the only customers in the shop. The rare steak Pho that I ordered came with mostly gristle and fat, very little meat, very disappointing. See the photo of sliced gristle I had to remove from my meal.

Best vegan pho I’ve ever had, hands down. I’m not local and this place had me visiting every single pho spot in my city for pho this good, and nothing came close. Good customer service too!

Food was alright. Good but nothing to write home about.

Decent pho! I was surprised to see ox tail pho on the menu, but they didn’t have it. Staff (2 people) ate lunch while we were there so when we needed something, we didn’t want to bother them during their meal. They were accommodating with sides for kids and very nice people.

I was very disappointed with the service. I ordered 3 items plus additional plates and bowl to share the food. We never got the additional plate and food so me and my wife had to do what we can. The peanut sauce was a bit sour, couldn’t taste the peanuts. Though the Pho was very good. 5 stars to the Pho. Oh, and the fruit drink I ordered to go only had lime… no straberries..strawberries… no blueberries… very disappointed with that one too.

I’ve been waiting for a pho restaurant to open in Fallbrook. I used to go to OC for good banh mi sandwiches & Escondido for good pho. Now I have both in one place!! Their soups are so good you could order the broth and be happy with it. Great atmosphere and amazing food

Had the Number 8 & Number 19 Pho+ plus Thai tea with boba. Take out order was ready when I arrived. Staff was polite & accommodating. Pho & Thai tea tasted yummy. Good size portions. Prices were a bit more than expected but worth it for the convenience as staying in town versus going to my favorite pho spots in Vista or Mira Mesa. Definitely coming back.
