This a pho spot located in Deep Ellum. They have a vast menu outside of pho, too.

I’m a foodie person, trying food whatever I go, I decided to give a chance to this place. I’m gonna give 3 stars to the drink Thai tea, as you can see in the picture, the cup is 12 oz and I had 8 oz of liquid. I told to the guy says… that’s a size of a cup.

Super yummy pho and Taro milk tea. Pricier than expected but it’s most likely because of the location. Bring quarters to pay for meter to park. For two chicken pho bowl and a taro milk tea it was around $38. Great service and excellent pho quality.

This was my first time visiting because my son wanted some Pho, as I entered the place it had an unpleasant smell (drainage type smell) but the place looked clean. I ordered some chicken egg rolls and they were very good, I must say. I personally not a very big fan of Pho but my son said it’s was good. I was frustrated with parking though, I was trying to avoid paying, since I did not plan to be there long but all side street parking was taken and I did not want to keep circling around.

The people were nice and the place was nice and clean. The food was yummy! The Thai Ice tea with Boba was good and not super sweet. The chicken eggrolls and fried dumplings were yummy, the Pho with chicken was flavorful and satisfying. I took the Banh Mi to go to eat later.

Nice server, fair food. My wife had pho with shrimp and pork (14) and I had a tofu banh mi (7) and we split a peach tea (4). She claimed her four shrimp were sub par. Awkward location. Too much money for too little food – won’t be back.

We ordered from this place via door dash because the reviews were good. Well this fell drastically short of expectation. The Orange chicken was nothing like the picture. It was more like popcorn chicken with a bit of orange sauce and a few pieces of onion and a blob of rice. Not much sauce, dry and the whole presentation was unappetizing. Next was the shaken beef. I gave this review a 2 star instead of 1 star because the shaken beef was half was decent. The meat was a bit too charred and you could taste the char but the meat was fairly tender and the peppers and onions were good. The sauce was salty and unevenly distributed throughout the dish, but overall it was ok. The pho bowl was the combination with 3 types of beef: meatball, brisket, and rare roast beef. The broth was mediocre and the brisket was dry like it had been sitting for a while. The rare beef was good. The mint leaves that were included had bad black mushy spots on them (like when your lettuce starts to wilt and go bad) so it was not usable. Lastly, I am a big fan of steamed dumplings and I make them at home quite often. They were very bland and boring to say the least. Overall the prices are low but the food lacks quality, flavor and presentation. I will not order again.

Soo, I eat pho a lot. We make it at home and I always like to try it everywhere to appreciate the differences in the herbs and spices. Now I gotta say, this is the worst pho I have ever ate coming from the asian community. For around $16, it’s a disgrace in quality. The broth was quite bland but the Hoisin sauce on the table is what makes up for the lack of it. I also still remember the super pungent smell of like sewage, as one could describe it while first walking into the restaurant. I didn’t even go on a busy time, it was around 11 on an early weekday so can’t imagine they were having some issues with large capacities of people going in as one of the variables in the matter. This isn’t the worst part. The number one reason I gave this a 1 star is because of the mere fact that the meat was going rancid and specifically the rare beef. I had ordered the brisket and rare beef and I am not a picky eater as I typically eat everything but this was one of the first times that I could not finish the bowl because of the thought of the nauseating meat. The brisket was also the most interesting experience I’ve ever had from any noodle place. It was like I could chew on it forever and was very tough. It gave a really off texture and taste that you wouldn’t typically expect from a brisket, so much that it left me gagging that as well. I’m pleasantly surprised that I didn’t get sick after eating from here. A tip for the owners. Definitely needs a food safety protocol and you should probably work on your soup some more. I can’t judge the other dishes since that was my first time going there and last.

It took me a few days to write this review. I want to give my honest opinion. I feel like the reviews just hyped this place up and it isn’t all that spectacular! So my hope we’re super high and they shouldn’t have been. The pho tasted good but wasn’t very hot. Compared to other Asian style pho restaurant (which I prefer), it was skimpy on the basil, lime, and sprouts. I wanted to try something new. I did and it was just ok. Do I ever have to go back? If a friend was paying and chose this place, I would.

Military Discount Location. My wife And I wanted to enjoy some Pho on a chilly day and this place was available nearby. Pho Bowl is delicious and we ordered the combo Pho with beef broth, as well as the Shrimp Spring Rolls, and Thai Tea. All of which were wonderful. The location is very clean and Melanie was very kind as she took our order and delivered our food. We will definitely return!
