Ordered viet grilled plate, kids pho, steam combo, grilled pork skewers, and grilled snails. Interesting restaurant. Served lots of things not usually seen in viet restaurants like the skewers and snail. Tasted good, not good enough to come back though. Some pieces of the steam combo reminded me of Hawaiian food, mainly due to the smell the leaves infused into the food. Good restaurant, and unique enough to be unforgettable, but ultimately lacks short in taste.

Easily in my top 3 favorite places to stop by for a good Bánh mì sandwich in the Lynwood / Everett area. The first time I came across this place, I tried their stir fried chicken sandwich and today I tried their grilled pork sandwich – both were incredibly delicious! They aren’t shy with their flavors and are one of the few places that provide a decent amount of sauce and vegetables. Above all, the staff are very welcoming and nice.

I got the salted fish fried rice with chicken and the sour plum drink. The salted fish fried rice has a pungent salty smell but it was seasoned perfectly. The sour plum drink was also very good and refreshing. It struck a good balance of the sour taste for a drink.
