I like this place but it’s always hit or miss with the food quality specifically the pho. For example I delivery ordered the Chicken Pho today for lunch was super excited for it but when I opened up the noodles they were straight up uncooked, I’m talking like someone opened the noodle package soaked them in water for 30 seconds so they looked and felt wet then threw them in the order, they were still hard crunchy and wirey which I’ve never had happen from any pho place before so I’m not sure what’s going on with them today but if they’re going to start handing out undercooked noodles then I don’t know if I want to keep eating here. I’ve attached a photo below of what im talking about, just looking at the picture you can tell they’re undercooked.

Spacious and clean environment. Fast service. Ordered fries (because why not?) and 2 bowls of pho – combo pho and filet mignon pho. Generous portions of meat and I particularly love how there’s still room in the bowl for me to add the bean sprout 😉 broth is hot but can be more flavorful. Beef can be a bit more tender. Overall a good experience and a lovely place for dinner on a cold night!

Came to try the shrimp here and wasn’t disappointed! I ordered a pound of shrimp and a side of rice, my order ended up being around $25, so the shrimp here is on the higher end (compared to other places) but I think considering the location and service, it was worth it. The food was delicious and it came in a metal bowl, which I loved. It helped a lot with eating, sorting and clean-up. At first glance, it didn’t seem like a lot of shrimp to me, but it actually was! I also felt that compared to other Cajun places, the rice serving was very generous and the rice quality was great. I also tried a fresh passion fruit juice and it was super yummy and fresh! Overall, it’s a nice clean space and great service. The only downsides I saw was that there wasn’t much seating for bigger groups and also a few of their tables are currently being used for storage and stuff, so for a Wednesday night it seemed kinda full, so I can’t imagine on a weekend! Anyways, I’ll be back soon to try the pho!

Phenomenal quality of food, and so are the sizes of the dishes. I got pho Tai and fried rice, because I could handle two dishes. Oh boy I was wrong. The sizes are gigantic (big plus from me). The waiter felt either inexperienced or completely lost. We ordered, jasmine tea, he took order to tell us later that they don’t have it. For next few drinks I asked about, he was asking another guy. I would’ve understood if it was busy and he had no time to check on it. But we were the only ones in that cafe at the moment of ordering. So couple points taken off just due to me basically asking by the end to just name what they have and give me whatever they have after I gave up on picking it myself. But in terms of food, food is phenomenal, no doubt. I’m here mainly for pho that is.
