I tried their chicken pho & Banh Khot. The dark meat was tastier than the white meat, as expected. But the white meat was just ok. I wish they gave more than just 1 young chicken egg per bowl. Plenty of internal organs (liver & gizzards). Broth was clear & good, but didn’t have the pho spices. Wide fresh noodle was excellent. Portion was large. Service was quick. Banh Khot was crunchy with a taste of coconut milk, perfect. Shrimp was on the small side. Overall above average as evident by the waiting line.

So I’ve been going here for a couple of times Over the past years. The pho is still good, made with free range chickens and fresh noodles. The amount of noodle have change, it’s like they cut the amount they use to give. Also, service has gotten bad. It was very unorganized, 3 different waiters asked if we already ordered, we never got our waters. I don’t think I will go back here again just because of the service. Also, I asked for an extra bowl for my child, and they brought me a dirty bowl.

This is the best Pho Ga I’ve ever had. Trust me, I’m Vietnamese so I know my Pho. Most of the bad reviews on Yelp mentions the service. Who goes to a viet restaurant for service? Lol

Best chicken pho wether you order dried or soup. I like the thin noodle when order with soup, it absorbs more of the soup, more flavor when you put in your mouth than the thick noodle.

This place serves a unique and delicious dry chicken pho. I am not a pho lover, but this one I love. It’s not just the tasty noodles and broth on the side, but the star of the dish is the grilled chicken and the special sauce. You can dip it in the sauce or pour it over the chicken and noodles and sip the soup on the side. It is deliciously addictive! If you haven’t tried it, you should come by for a bowl. So unique and soooo good.

I came here on a trip back home to San Diego from Santa Barbara and am glad I did. The Phở Gà Khô (Dry Chicken Phở, with Chicken Consomme and a magical dark phở sauce of unknown type or origin) is mind-blowingly awesome. I have no idea how to eat this, so I started by dipping the expertly-grilled chicken into the sticky sweet-ish side sauce provided, which was packed with umami. The sauce left quite an impression on my tongue, it was like concentrated phở. The golden chicken consomme provided was also excellent, and combined with the other wild flavors to make this dish seem almost familiar. I recommend this restaurant and the Phở Gà Khô even despite one of the workers pushing around a mop, bucket, and towel that smells terrible — it literally smells fecal. That was my only complaint about the experience, but still not enough to keep me away in the future.

Coming from a person who ears Pho every week, this place isnt bad, but definitely not my favorite. The both is good but not the best. In my opinion, the broth is lacking in favor. The chicken and meats are well cooked. Overall, it’s a good place but not the best?

Quality chicken and mild pho. I would love to go back just for the chicken! If you look up “free cage organic chicken”, I am sure these chicken will show up! Oh… Noodles seem to be fresh, not dried and then reheated…but as a result, not as chewy…but very good.

Soup. Chicken. Pho. Simple. Delicious! First time, and first time for chicken pho for breakfast. The noodles, seem fresh, not the dried pho noodles. First time for this outside of Vietnam for me. This is what every table ordered.
