The food was great!! Service very bad, it looks like the Hispanic lady is not happy working there. I wish the owner will respond to my message and he can do something about it and I can definitely remove the one star and put 5 star instead. Because it’s not fair given you one star just because your employees being rude.

This place has excellent soup. Very light not too greasy. The spring rolls were exceptional as well! Service was a little slow but good food made it worth the wait.

Used to love this restaurant until I witnessed one of the staff members be blatantly rude tonight, & in one instance to told an uber eats driver to “shut up” and allow her to speak after she asked him who’s order he was there to pick up. Then pushed the bags at him. He definitely handled it better than most. She needs to be let go. There are plenty of other people more respectful and qualified.

Ordering from here is such a struggle. On one hand it tastes really good, on the other hand this is what they call a double meat Bahn Mi sandwich. I’ve ordered from here maybe 10 times now, and much of the time there’s an item missing from the order. And nearly every time it’s 90% bread and this. The presentation and quantity is awful, but it tastes better than a lot of the other Bahn Mi places in town and it’s open later. I will pay you extra money to just put some carrot shavings or some more ingredients in the sandwiches please give me the option and then actually follow through when I pay for it unlike the three extra dollars I put for meat that’s not in here.

Ehh. The thai tea was the best thing we ordered. The white meat chicken pho was okay the bone broth in the pho was good. Tried fried dumplings, right crunch wrong flavor for me, shrimp tasted off or old. Won’t be coming back.

This is the only Pho place opening until MIDNIGHT! Since there is not much traffic at night, it’s fast to drive from downtown to this location. The food quality is above my expectation
