The Atmosphere Is Very Nice Here! The Servers Are Helpful and Delightful! The Cashier Controlling The Take Out Orders Was Fantastic! The Pho Is Delicious and Flavorful! Large Portions Of The Pho. The Egg Rolls Are Tasty As Well. I Had A Huge Take Out Order, The Wait Wasn’t Long. Also, The Waiters Helped To Bring My Order To The Car and Load It. Great Food & Customer Service!

First timer here. Went for dinner. The place was fairly empty, so there was no wait. The waitress was very involved, answering questions about the food and making recommendations, and happy to serve us This was a great first impression. The food was excellent and I like the prices.

I don’t remember the server is he new because HE IS AWESOME and the food was spot of much better then ever before another table was also talking to me about how delicious the food was and the service – this place has upgraded EVERYTHING was delicious, prepared perfectly and the garden rolls! YUM and fat with everything not a 1/2 inch roll like everywhere else they had Roman lettuce lots of basil and flavor very IMPRESSIVE. Server was really great and he smiles and is on his game ! I love this place so does my nephew. Offering us drinks to go just topped it. We also had to get carry out because it was that good.

Food is good. You won’t leave hungry. Broth is flavorful. Price is okay. The seats need a bit of an update, there were some booths that had tears in them. Floor needed a good vacuum as well but table tops were clean. Service was friendly but I feel they need more than one server. There was no one to greet us at the door so we just kinda walked in and picked our own seats. They do have a help wanted sign on the door. So it couldn’t be helped if service was a bit slow, not the waiter’s fault. Over all it’s a nice place to eat lunch.

Ordered chicken pad Thai and wings through food scooter and the 8p delivery estimate (1hr) arrived at 9:30 (1.5hr), wings were burned and noodles dry with no flavor or chicken. I want a refund. This was a horrible experience.

Unfortunately I’ve seen this establishment decline in overall performance since moving in the area 3 years ago. There’s never any consistency. The broth always tastes different, and I happen to notice the staff are always being changed therefore resulting in different experiences every time, I once waited for 35 minutes thinking my order was put in but the staff had a miscommunication issue and it was never done. I left the establishment immediately. The meat isn’t good. The noddles come over cooked every time. No sriracha substitutes are being offered right now. My standards are a bit high considering I’m a chef but This is the only pho spot in Waldorf so I’ve made exceptions every time I’ve ordered but honestly, it’ll only take 1 superior pho spot to open locally to completely drive the business to the ground. I highly recommend you all investing into your quality because I’m seriously considering opening a competitor nearby.

Would have gotten 5 stars if the staff was not so slow. Only 1 guy was cooking, a black young man up front to take orders had to go to the back to help at some point bcs the line was getting long and some ppl were also waiting to be seated.

Took about 30 minutes for my order but it was well worth the wait. The young man at front has such good customer service with everyone. The chicken pho with chicken broth was packaged well & so flavorful. Now I know to place my order by calling it in ahead of time.

I am a Vietnamese and I never have enough Pho. During my trip to Pax river last June, I invited a coworker to this restaurant for some pho since I also like to support Vietnamese business in a bit rural area. Before our waiter brought out the noodle, he asked if we wanted vegetables (bean sprouts and basil leaves), I was a bit of surprise because it is like a must for this type of food. I said yes and later received a plate of vegetable with a single tip of basil and some bean sprouts. Finally the waiter brought out my bowl of pho and I asked for Sriracha source which is also like a must like vegetable and housin sauce but he said they didn’t have Sriracha. It is understandable a bit due to the shortage of this sauce due to the supply at that time. I asked for any other types of chili sauce. He told me yes but with an extra charge. I was totally in shock. I’ve never experienced any restaurant anywhere and any cuisine that would charge customers for hot sauce. For Vietnamese culture in particular and Asian culture as more general, this is totally unacceptable.
