Open late until 2am, lots of take out or dine in with a big parking lot next to restaurant. Fast and friendly service, Tasty menu applied to all the other locations (Pho on Bryant, L’amour De Saigon, World of Noodle, R’Noodles). Came here solo around 10pm and felt safe. Had the Spicy Hue Vermicelli with awesome lemon grass hue beef broth which was slow cooked for 12 hours. Sliced medium rare ribeye steak was delicious. Highly recommended. Even has Japanese cheesecake for desert

This tomato pork chop was delicious with fried rice. Ketchupy. And my homie got the pho combo, quick! The fried rice took a lil longer. I say it’s worth it if you love ketchup. And then got the thai tea and Oreo milkshake!

Great neighborhood option for Vietnamese food. The noodle soups are great. Apart from regular beef noodles, they also have a bunch of other selections. Spicy bun bo hue has great soup stock and nice balance of heat. Tamarind seafood soup also good. Perfect for a cold SF weather!

My friend and I have been driving around for a while and it got late but we needed to get dinner for our family. She quickly looked up on Uber eats and saw that this pho place was open and ordered to go. She of course did not tell me though, rude, so I had to go inside and make my order as well. The young man that was working there was doing an amazing job. I believe there were at least two other people in the restaurant, they were cooking, so he was in the front by himself and he was moving quick. I’m assuming that they’re the only restaurant that was open at that time of night, I want to say this was about midnight if not after midnight, so a lot of people were coming in randomly to not only get takeout orders but to sit down and eat. I wish that we had the time to have sat down and eat, but I need this return to My house which wasn’t even in the area. The food was absolutely lovely, and I even had enough to eat the next day.

Worst Asian/Vietnamese restaurant I’ve been to since I moved to the Bay Area. How does this place get 4000+ reviews on DoorDash? First, the lady took the order wrong. I clearly stated 3 items and she missed the combo rice plate. She added the combo package to the Vermicelli Beef instead. Second, the food does not taste like Vietnamese food. The Vermicelli was old and hard. The beef tasted more like Chinese beef than Vietnamese grilled beef. The Pho was the most disappointing. The broth had no flavor. They watered it down so much you barely can taste or smell any beef. Never coming back.

The pho is about average. Not strong but not watery tasting so it’ll get the job done if you’re hungry and you’ll give it 5 stars if you’ve never had pho. The best thing about this place is the late night hours. The service is nonexistent though. No refills, no napkins, No service at all and when I left no tip, the guy came after me asking wheres his tip. I told him no way.

Got the beef stew with rice noodles, and hot tea. Both were so much welcomed because I was sitting at a cold, windy pier for hours waiting for husband to fish, the food and scalding hot tea warmed me up! The young guy server was polite, and young female server was courteous. I am so grateful that this place exists especially during COVID, and opens until so late. I will be back for late night pho.

I ordered the beef and this is what I was given, along with half of my order also being wrong and the meat being rotten. The chance of someone getting food poisoning from this spot is probably very high after seeing this. Thankfully I saw it before eating any but was way overpriced for nothing being able to be eaten! Absolutely disgusting this is not a place that should even be allowed to serve to people.

I usually come here at night for a snack. Friendly business with great food. Now their menu not only has pho, but also a Chinese menu now. Definitely a place to be at when it’s the very few that stay open.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I came here because previously the food was fairly ok and fairly cheap. Now they are under new management and the place has gone down significantly. Firstly, when the waiter asked us to please sit anywhere, we we’re not given menus. I had to go and grab menus for me and my girlfriend. The prices of everything had gone up, now the bowl of beef pho costs $12!?!?! Excuse me but better places sell them for $8-10! Regardless we ordered and got our food in a relatively short amount of time. The bowl looked good but after mixing the bowl, to my surprise, the broth was very mediocre. On top of that, they put your bean sprouts in the pho for you! I am someone who prefers not to have the bean sprouts in my pho and I did not know they put it in. No one else does that. The price of the pho is too high for what you’re getting. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 star is that they’re having a promotional for opening under new management, $0.59 drinks.
