The pho was pretty decent, but I had to deduct 2 stars because they charged me 50 cents for using my debit card. I just looked at the owner with such a stone gaze that left her frightened. I couldn’t believe this. Fifty cents isn’t much, I know, but it’s the principle of the matter that greatly annoyed me. I have never encountered a restaurant that charges you a fee for using your debit or credit card. NEVER. This is theft, plain and simple. In response, I deducted that “fee”, and then some, from the tip. Instead of the recommended $5 tip, she got $3. Maybe if we all started giving less of a tip (or no tip at all) to restaurants that charge these fees, they will change this disgusting practice.

Horrible customer service, one of the main waitress will insult you in broken Chinese if you ask for anything or clarification. Food (plate of spring rolls and bean sprouts) was tossed across the table and menu snatched from your hands.

Great little place with a seating capacity of 49. Parking lot is often full with a maximum of 15 cars or 10! Closed Tuesdays. Great quality, and taste. They were featured as a top 10 in pho restaurant in the Los Angeles area.
