Pho Ga Hai Van#1 opened in 2017 with great success and paved the way for Pho Ga Hai Van 2 – Anaheim.

Went for some sunday afternoon Pho. Got a spot right away, excellent and friendly staff. Nice and clean, small to medium sized sit down spot. The food was excellent, got some fillet pho, and another meat fillet dish which was so good. Will be back.

It was my first time trying this kind of pho ( I got the Pho Ga with chicken thighs) and it was really good with very well made broth and the sauce for the chicken matched very well! The restaurant itself was very clean which made the experience even better!

Got one order of the soft stir fried noodles with beef and another with seafood. They were both delicious in their own way. The seafood plate was really savory and the noodles had a bunch of flavor. The beef was incredibly soft and the salty, oily delicious noodles matched them really well.

I had a chicken pho today. I enjoyed the good quality pho with separate chicken dish. Also I liked the red chilly paste. However, I got so thirsty when I came home that’s probably they added too much MSG on the soup. If you are sensitive on MSG, this is not the restaurant for you.

The food was good. We had the beef pho. I wish they had limes instead of lemons, but still good. Also ordered the chicken congee and the beef noodles to go. My mother enjoyed the congee. We enjoyed the beef noodles the next day it was really well seasoned. Sadly, I forgot to take photos, but we will go back.
