Server was rude, and very short. He looked like one of the owners small chubby Vietnamese guy. I asked for regular sugar rather than Splenda because we had just ordered hot tea. And he very rudely reply what we have on the table is what we have and turned around and left.

Very quick service! My husband ordered a soup and I ordered a fried rice dish. Mine was delicious, but I didn’t like my husbands (he did though). His tasted a bit perfumey. We both got a Vietnamese latte which was basically dark roast coffee with cream, still tasted good. For the amount of we ordered it was priced reasonably. Overall it was great!

Food was very fresh, and at proper temperature. This is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I have been to in a long time. The only problem was the service which I had to get my own silverware/place setting and then once again had to get my own soup spoon. The person that help me did not bother to ask how the app / main meal was.

My girl and I came here on a cold Friday night in February. We both had the Pho ha Lihn and received our food within 10 minutes. The portions of meat particularly were very generous, and overall very tasty. The only reason I am giving this review 3 stars is because of the service. Our waitor was not very attentive. If you come for the food/portions you will be happy.

I tried Pho Ha Linh for the first time and ordered their most popular combo soup with everything in it.

I would love to be able to leave a good review, I love pho and I wanted to love this place. First impression, seemed like it may be a nice place, we sit down, the server had no personality and was very cold, which I don’t hold against anyone, some people just don’t have people skills. I will always be respectful no matter what and did just that. We ordered our food, two lunch specials and one regular size pho soup. The lunch special comes with smaller portioned soup, an egg roll or spring roll of your choice and also a choice of iced or hot tea. I was asked which tea option I wanted and asked for hot, my mom who also ordered the lunch special was not asked at all so she didn’t get any drink and my grandfather who ordered the regular size meal (not a special) got the hot tea. Since we ordered the two lunch specials, we should’ve received two complimentary teas, part of the special. When the bill came we were charged for one of the teas. He was extremely rude when we pointed out that we should’ve received two teas with our meals and we only received two, so we shouldn’t have been charged. We weren’t at all upset, just mentioned it, and he looked at me with such a nasty look and attitude and said ” I can not read your mind.”. He was rolling his eyes and just beyond mean. I would maybe give this place a two because the food was good, nothing special but based on food alone, I enjoyed the soup, flavor was great but the portion was very small for the cost. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, it takes a lot to get me upset at a place. If a server is nice enough and the food is good then five stars easy. But to be treated with such disrespect and not at all deserved in any way, I just can’t give this place more the one star because that ruined the entire experience.

I always enjoy the food here, the broth smells heavenly! We are always seated quickly and the service is generally fast, but there is an air of ambivalence- like they really don’t care that you’re even there. Also, personally, the sound pollution bothered me. The loud TV at the bar was competing with music playing overhead, and totally different music was playing in the back! I was seated near the front of the restaurant and could hear all 3.

The pho was delicious, but associates were not very attentive and it was extremely cold in the restaurant (everybody including workers kept our jackets on). Luckily I ordered a warm soup, but I would have felt uncomfortable with the temperature otherwise.

Thought we would try something new but when we asked for a recommendation from the waiter his response was “it’s all food”. From that point the experience went down hill. The waiter was rude, dismissive, and clearly irritated by our presence, perhaps because I was in uniform ( US Army). The food might be good but the service sure isn’t. We simply left. If you can’t at least be polite don’t be surprised when you don’t get business.

It was okay, I’m a bit biased because I just moved from Annandale where they have the best pho, hands down ( Pho Hot and eden center). This pho taste like what Americanized Vietnamese food tastes like, that’s why the restaurant is full of Americans and not Vietnamese-Americans. It was watery and they used what looked like canned mushrooms. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls was awful. Will not be going back. Plus for such crappy food it was more expensive than the really good places!
