Atmosphere was very quiet, for a large open space there was hardly anyone there. Workers kind of walked over to you and just stand there. They don’t ask you what you liked to order so it was a little awkward.

Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant as soon as we walked in. Floor to ceiling windows – and so clean! We order the large #10 pho with rare steak and well done brisket. It was just the right amount of meat, and broth but I wanted more noodles. Friendly staff and fair prices. Watch out for the potholes in the parking lot though!

The food is awesome. I recommend this restaurant. The egg and spring rolls are delicious. However, what brings out the taste is the sauces. The sauce has a heat kick to it but the flavor makes your mouth happy. The noodles are very good as well. The staff are very friendly and the place is very clean. Family friendly as well.

Came in, the waitress told us the table number without guiding us, then put the menu on the table and walk away without saying anything. Then we waited for about 5-10 min, no one took our order. We saw one waitress, we called her out loud, she ignored us twice. Taste is so so. We just don’t like the way they welcome the customers: no greeting, no guiding to the table, no saying anything and walk away, and no waiting a second to take the order even though at the time we got in, there were only 4 tables which were served already. We will not come back.

First time and will be last time. Tried to call in to order pho for pick up. Call several time but no one answer. We really wanted sone pho for cold weather so we came since it’s on the way. Ordered and asked them is the phone working. They said they were busy so they don’t want to pick up the phone. Wow, good customer service!!!! By the way, pho is not bad.
