Good food and great service. The restaurant is nice and clean. Food is very flavorful. They also sell Boaba inside. I had the bánh mì sandwich, and it came with an Au Jus dip of chicken pho.

After a long flight and long drive from SFO to San Ramon, the family that was hankering for some soup noodles. Pho Hoa was on the way to our final destination so we decided to give it a go, and I’m glad we did. This establishment is spotless, and I mean it. It’s the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever reviewed. I was observing the staff and there is always constant table wiping, and counter/machine cleaning when there is down time. Even the washrooms were spotless, amazing.

Just went to eat pho soup 14th April . Order # 15 beef soup and 4 fried egg rolls .A cup of tea all for $27.10 . Then a tip of $4 . So the soup came warm not pipe hot which that’s how soup should come the meat was still raw and the rice noodles were still hard .. I suggest to get waiter because she not very good with checking on her tablets and bad customer service . Needs more skills . Won’t go there again bad experiences .

Had a large group of 15 people and the group was well serviced. Food was delicious as were the drinks. I had the Mango Tango with coconut milk and the steak and brisket pho. Brother was tasty and the meat was tender.

We love Pho Hoa and we come here regularly. We like that the broth is not super greasy like some other restaurants. Definitely try their spring rolls – they are super fresh. The regular size bowl is plenty for most, but if you’re super hungry, the large pho bowls will do the trick. The restaurant is nice and clean and the staff is friendly and responsive.

Located in the Crow Canyon shopping center, next to the GNC and Rite Aide stores. This is a great place for a refreshing boba tea and Vietnamese cuisine! We ordered the lychee explosion and berry blossom. Both drinks were perfectly sweetened and in a large drink container . I highly recommend their roast duck pho, which included a succulent roasted duck leg, and rich pho broth with thin rice noodles. Absolutely loved this dish!

Poor poor service and food was missing items with zero flavor. Bathroom has no soap or paper towels. No one comes to check on you ever even after there’s a problem. We used to come here all the time and usually the food is good. The service is usually poor even though the people that work here are really nice they just aren’t trained properly. They stand around even when the place is empty. You have to get up if you want a refill on your water. I waited 10 minutes and no one ever came by. They made our order wrong never checked on it afterward, I complained something was missing so I was brought soy sauce as a solution. I complained again because something was really off. One of the waiters realized there was no mayonnaise on my sandwich. After the cook brought it out the second time no one ever came back to the table to check. It still had no flavor but I wasn’t going to complain a second time. No one comes by to see if you need anything ever. The only time they come over is to take your order, bring your drinks, and the cook comes out and drops off your food. Again really nice people that work here but they lack training. After I got home I realized more stuff was missing from my Sandwich. Both mine and my husband’s orders were made wrong both the first and second times. Very disappointing.

From all the pho restaurants visited in Bay Area this one by four deserves the stars (ignoring minor service mistakes due to lunch time rush hour).

I used to do lots of take out orders from this place. My recent experiences (more than one orders) are that they shrink the content quite a bit. I only got half of the noodles & lettuces of what used to be. I understand that inflation plays a part but getting so much cut from the content is a bit too much.
