I am at home, pregnant, sick, with a small child, so I ordered soup delivery. A girl took my order and I asked “can I pay with credit card?”. she replied “yes, when the delivery arrives, pay.” in the end, I wait for my order for 1 hour, I call them and ask “where is my order”? The girl gives the phone to the man and he says that they have a delivery of at least $20. I say “why didn’t you warn me???! I have been waiting for my order for 1 hour. I made an order for $ 20 and the delivery man arrived, when I wanted to pay by card, he said “cash only”. And again no one warned me ♀️ I am pregnant, sick, with a child I had to run to the neighbors and ask them ♀️. The food was delicious, but the lemon was already squeezed out by someone, it’s disgusting, maybe someone already ate it with their mouth ?????? Why scoff like that, please respect your customers

No frills, this restaurant serves very good, classic heartwarming pho – perfect for a cold day. Ignore all the comments about service — the service here is fine and typical of this type of establishment. All the people who comment are just not used to no frills Asian restaurants. The price is $12 for a bowl – great price, stop complaining. Will be back for more.

The comments are not wrong when you order through Doordash. I had a code and went ahead and ordered for pickup. After arriving I let them know I was here to pick up. The gentleman looked at the order and screamed “I am not going to do your order. This dish is this price and this dish is this price. I am not making money from this order.” Everyone in the whole restaurant looked at me… then he proceeded to tell me to cancel the order…which makes no sense since then I would have to pay. I had to contact CS and explained the whole situation so they can cancel from their end….this restaurant needs to learn how DD works…DD PLEASE EDUCATE THEM HOW COUPONS WORK… I love this restaurant but from this experience, it is very hard to come back again.

Owner accepted my doordash order and refused to make the order because he told me I used a promotional code. I asked him to cancel my order but he told me to cancel it on my side. The app shows it was ready for pickup. If I cancel the order on my side, doordash will charge my account. The owner also purposely forgot some of the items in my previous Uber eats orders. I use to believe it was a mistake, but currently I think the owner did it just because he didn’t like the way apps take commissions.

I can’t get over how delicious this food is. I’ve ordered from this place multiple times but this time I really need to leave a review. I ordered some banh mi, 1 combination and 2 pork. The combination was for my lunch. I also ordered a Vietnamese coffee. Okay. First of all, I’m like 2 miles from this place and the delivery guy showed up on a bicycle. The food was still warm. When I say down to eat my banh mi, it was a flavor explosion. So many wonderful flavors, and the texture was superb. Crispy outside and juicy, crunchy inside. The iced coffee was the perfect combination. I really need to order these sandwiches more often.
