This place used to be HICCUPS then Soup Shop. Soup Shop permanently closed few months ago. Pho Hoan Pasteur took over Soup Shop with new name and new owner. The owner is super nice and very friendly. He made very good recommendation on dishes and provided excellent customer service. I have very high standard of Vietnamese Pho places and my all-time favorite are Golden Deli in San Gabriel area and Phoholic and Pho 79 in Westminster. The broth here tase very good but it can be more flavorful. The meat is fresh and tender. I love the big piece of big beef bone! This is one of the best new Pho places around the area now beside Pho Ever. -1 for improvement of the broth (I have very high standard).

This was my first time having pho, and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was flavorful. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the meat was cooked very well and it was very tender. I ordered the house pho with spring rolls and the house pho was delicious with PENTY of meat! I had so much meat left over and broth that I ordered extra noodles to go and had a second bowl of pho at home. Excellent proportions for a great price.

A great spot if you love traditional pho and incredibly tender meats. The owners here are so nice and welcoming I was blown away by the service, and the broth. I could have used more noodles in my giant bowl of pho but I ordered extra and it was enough for another meal. The meat ratio is extremely generous for my meat lovers out there!! My favorite spot I’ve been to in Gardena for pho, 10/10 recommend.

The food was fantastic if you’re looking for authentic pho with generous, fresh toppings, this is the spot. Broth was very tasty. The beef was tender and sliced thin. Noodles were perfect. Customer service was top-notch. Food comes quickly and piping hot. If you like strong coffee, the viet coffee is fresh and comes to the table dripping from the phin filter. The dining space is not cramped and has an upscale industrial look. Will be back again to try other menu offerings. 10/10 would highly recommend.

This place is really good. The pho was so authentic it actually reminded me of when I was back in Vietnam. The beef were tender, the veggies were fresh, and the broth was flavorful. The satay pho is an interesting new take on pho, but it wasn’t bad at all, it was actually really good. They even had pandan milk tea, which was a pleasant surprise because it was something I enjoyed very much while in Vietnam, but it isn’t very common in the U.S. I also really liked the menu – very simple and doesn’t overload you with choices, yet it covered all of the basics of Vietnamese cuisine. Great prices and the portions were massive. I wasn’t able to finish even one bowl of pho. All the staff were very nice and responsive as well. Bonus points for having vegetarian options and Sriracha hot sauce during a nationwide shortage. This is officially my new favorite pho place in Gardena. Gonna try the oxtail pho next time.

I’m a huge fan on the spring rolls shrimp/stake are so tasty and fresh it comes with a peanut sauce so delicious I find myself buying multiple times a week !! The owner and his family are really helpful and kind. The ambiance is really chill and relaxing. I’ve had the beef done pho it’s a nice big portion bring your family and friends you have to try it !!
