This missed the mark. The garlic noodle was decent and simple. It tasted better than the $19 pho banh mi that lacked flavor. It was thinly sliced unseasoned meat with vegetables and hoisin sauce on a French bread. Would have been better if the meat was in pho broth or have a pho broth for dipping then call it a pho banh mi.

Eater beware, this food tastes too good! If you like dining at multiple establishments then you should probably avoid this place because after the first bite you will only be coming back here for more. My taste buds were in total disbelief of the exotic flavor EXPLOSION taking place inside my mouth! Trust me when I say this Vietnamese food is the real deal and you won’t be disappointed!

I had the jackfruit bahn mi, which I was a bit skeptical to get but it was AMAZING! It’s definitely one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious. Will definitely be getting another one before my flight back home!

I just ate the best noodles I have had in a long time. It was pure love and passion in every bite. Get the garlic noodles with chili crisp and crispy chicken. It transported me to a haven only food like this can do.

Get in my belly! Was super excited to see the Pho King Rapidos food truck at station 26 brewery as we had never tried it before. We went with the pho brisket banh mi, jackfruit banh mi and the Al pastor fries. Wow oh wow! Flavors galore! I was blown away by the jackfruit, would never think it wasn’t meat. It was so juicy and the flavors were complex. And the al pastor fries?! Yes! Give me more! Looking forward to going back to station 26 on a Thursday night to try the other menu items. Thank you for an excellent meal!

For starters the price was already a turn off but I figured I would give them a try at least once. They were downtown on UCDs campus. I asked if they had a normal combination Banh Mi but they only had the Pho something one. I got that at 16 bucks each and was sadly disappointed. The meat wasn’t bad but not much for a 16 dollar sandwich. They used iceberg lettuce which really ruined the flavors for me. They were also slow with service. I ordered and no one was in line before or after so not sure what took so long. They only had 3 items on the menu as it was. The sandwich I got wasn’t anything better than something someone would create at home with whatever they have in the house. I much rather have a full bowl of pho for 16 bucks than this subpar sandwich. I don’t think I will eat with them again. I will say the marketing graphics and sticker they use on the wrapping was cool. :-/
