Tin can alley is a fun environment and Pho Kup’s food is pretty good but they have some weird hangups about their own menu. Their normal Pho sizes (minor and major) are ridiculously huge. They also advertise and sell a mini (pictured, totally normal sized) but get upset when you order it. They ask you if it’s for a child (like that’s any of their business), scowl, and make you order something else too before they’ll sell it to you.

The pho here is good compare to other Vietnamese restaurant in Albuquerque. They put it in a cute to go cup so if you can’t finish it you can take it home. We like to go here because of the ambience of Tin Can alley.

Best Pho for take out in town, or if you into the atmosphere at TIN CAN ALLEY(a collective of shops and eateries) You get more than you think for the size’s they offer. Only place in town that has shrimp chips, and even better they make a spicy variation.

Really enjoyed the pho at this location! They have a good selection of broths and proteins so you can completely customize your cup. I will be visiting again.

Inedible sandwich. I felt like I bit into a bunch of chewy rocks. Flavorless so I tried to douse the whole thing in siracha. As i walked to the counter, the folks working behind the counter told me they charged extra for siracha!!! Awful Bahn Mi awful experience. I opted for a salad from the pizza spot nearby and returned the food it was so bad.

Didn’t order from here (ordered from Guava Tree), but the food looked and smelled really good. I probably would have ordered here, but I ate Vietnamese food the previous evening. But you have to love the name!

The name of this restaurant is hilarious. I especially like the play-on-words for the two different sizes of soup you can get: Minor Pho Kup (32 oz.) and Major Pho Kup (64 oz.). The menu is simple and easy to follow. The soup is tasty, especially with brisket and spicy beef lemongrass broth. This place gets only four stars because the menu display is formatted improperly (squished vertically) and looks plain (this is their first pho kup), and the prices are about 15 percent higher than what I think is reasonable for what you get (their second pho kup). You should definitely pho kup, but probably only once.

I love Pho Kup and their egg rolls. I usually go here anytime I’m craving Pho and I’m never disappointed.
