Food was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ authentic and 10/10, everything was fresh and came out hot. The service was awesome but they did just open so be mindful if you’re in a big party.

I Love Pho and I love it hot this place was wonderful it has a large dining area it seems as it was external lighting coming through the windows low lighting in the dining area low noise so you can hear the person across the table. This restaurant has recently moved over to 2949 Rock North Suite 120 Wichita Ks 67226, This Restaurant is under the name of Pho Le’s Kitchen and is next to the dollar tree in Comotara Center. Dim Sum will be served on Sundays still. We are slowly opening to get used to our new equipment, thank you for your patience we hope to see you there.

I ordered Thai tea, they were out. I ordered sweet tea, they were out. They didn’t have tea at all. I looked at the menu and ordered 7up they brought me sprite . The soup was good but they didn’t bring the plate of veggies for me to put in it. The spring rolls were not very good, I didn’t even finish them. The servers and kitchen were demanding back and forth to each other through the food window where customers could hear them. Non of the service seemed any kind of professional. The bathroom was out of soap and paper towels. The floors were very dirty in the eating area. I think with a good manager this place would be decent but it looks like they run it by the seat of their pants.

We came in at about 5:30 for an early dinner. There were not too many diners but service was still very slow. We ordered appetizers that never came, the Bun was tasty but not hot when brought to the table. We had to ask three times for silverware. Poor service really can ruin a dining experience and that was the case here.

Horrible experience. They even said they don’t have vermicelli noodles. I pointed it out in the menu and the waitress looked like she had no idea what I was talking about still. Peanut sauce either tasted like they added vinegar, or it had gone bad. The shrimp spring Rolls I got also didn’t taste fresh. Bad language barrier, so it made it hard to order. I ordered to go and when I asked for chili sauce, the guy at the counter just gave me a cup and pointed to where I can get it myself.

This place has really good dim sum on Sundays. They just opened this location new a little over a month or so. I took off 2 stars because The service is terrible and being busy shouldn’t be an excuse. Seeing that this place is always busy, they should be able to afford staff. My sister and I had to sit at an extended table connect to a big family, it was really awkward. We had to keep asking the family to pass us condiments because our table didn’t have any and the wait staff made us share. We asked to move to a different table once another table is open, but they denied us because there was only 2 of us and a lot of people are waiting on tables. Honestly that is not my problem that people are waiting, I’m paying to eat at a restaurant comfortably. But obviously they only care about getting people in and out and neglected everything else. The wait staff and servers kept walking pass us and we literally have to wave them down to ask for food. I had to keep asking for water and other things, instead of someone checking on our table. I’m not asking them to be super attentive, but at least make sure we had water and get our order. I do give them full marks on the food, if you’re OK with bad service and being ignored then this place should be ok for you. As for my experience I would give it a 0 star because of having to share a table with a family, not getting are food or water without aggressively getting the attention of the staff even though they have to consistently route and serve. But I give them a 4 star for their dum sum it’s really good, but it’s not good enough for me to go through this again.
