We have been here twice now and each time it’s been a good experience. The food is fresh and delicious and the staff is nice. The restaurant is clean with nice clean restrooms (single user). Today it was cold inside and I forgot to bring a jacket so I had my arms tucked inside my shirt, the waiter noticed and without saying a word kindly turned down the ac.

Excellent Vietnamese food. Well prepared. I attached a pic of a mostly eaten shrimp vermicelli bowl and spring roll, but this place has excellent pho as well. Just as good as the original on 23rd ST. The veggies are always fresh and generous. This location is very clean with great service. The restaurant also takes card.

My goodness! I was waiting for this place to open up. We had to always make the trip downtown anytime we had a hankering for Pho. So when we saw they had opened one location near our neck of the woods, we were excited.

Best broth in town. You have to pay for water. They didn’t bring out my Che until I was leaving. Staff is clean but scattered. Young though, so I get it. Great food options. Great reputation. Just not very customer mindful. It is as though they are telling us, we’re lucky to patron their restaurant.

overcooked uncleaned bland shrimp in the seafood soup, full of bones but devoid of flavor. was difficult to get any drinks or any utensils. sat around a lot waiting for even the opportunity to try to get anyone’s attention. dining area was largely empty. staff ignorant of the menu and seemed annoyed when asked questions about certain dishes. out of stock on certain items. some aspects felt like microwave meals. had to repeat polite requests for things multiple times. atmosphere was fine but unwelcoming. spoon had a chip in it. overpriced. soursop smoothie was good though, would recommend.
