The only accept orders to go. The food is good, better than expected by seeing the chaos inside. The inside of the restaurant looks like a chaotic living room. My expectation very very and I was positively surprised about the food. I was not even allowed to wait for my order inside and needed to wait in the car.

We came on a business trip from houston where everywhere is open to dine in but to our surprise this place doesn’t nor the Chinese restaurant in front that already was a turn off then I take the take our home and they hardly provided chicken to our chicken and rice, it was a bit dry aswell

I’m a third generation Vietnamese man and I grew up on my grandma’s delicious Pho and food. I’ve been to Vietnam and I live in Houston where there’s a Pho place on every other corner and I’ve had the best of the best. When I searched good food in Uvalde, Pho Long came up and I was so surprised! I’ve been coming here for 20+ years and it makes me so happy to find my culture in one place. It was absolutely delicious, the broth was clear and flavorful, the ingredients were fresh, and the staff were so generous and polite. I asked for extra rice noodles and it’s the most I’ve ever had in my life. Definitely check this place out, it’s so worth it!
