First time in since new owners and the ‘remodel’. The pho is definitely not the same as it once was. It wasn’t bad, tasted a little watered down but okay. The new menu is huge, maybe too big. Service was good and food came out reasonably fast. The restaurant was very warm and it was uncomfortably quiet in there. Could use some music or something to cut the silence.

I went today with some family and their friends. We ordered some appetizers while waiting for some people in our party to show up and it didn’t come until the rest showed up (about 10 minutes later, a total of 30 minutes from the time we ordered and received our apps) Then we ordered our food when everyone got there and waited for over an hour to get our food. The food wasn’t even good. My crispy noodle dish was the worst I’ve ever had. The noodles were overcooked and looked brown and not the golden yellow it was suppose to be, the Chinese pork that came in it was unflavorful. It was not even busy, only 5 tables including mine. The service was slow (one of the worst I have experienced) and they only came by once to ask how our food was. My brother had to raise his empty glass to get a refill on his water. We had to ask the server about 3 times just to get our pot of hot tea. ♀️ We definitely won’t be coming back. First and last time.

I was very disappointed in the pho and quality of the ingredients. I have visited this location over the past few owners, and have always enjoyed it. This is the first time I have eaten pho and could not drink the broth because it was so extremely salty.

TLDR: Tiny portion (barely any meat), high price tag, taste average, shady business practice. Avoid at all cost! Every other Vietnamese restaurants in town are better than this place.
