This place is fantastic. Everything my friends and I ordered was absolute quality. The brisket pho was top notch—the broth was carefully crafted and rich, the vegetarian stir fry was flavorful and well-balanced. The portions were quite large as well here. We really loved our orders here and can’t recommend it enough. I highly recommend the brisket pho, the filet mignon pho. The beef banh mi, and the vegetarian stir fry with rice noodles and tofu. Come to Pho Minh for high-quality, authentic Vietnamese dishes in mid-San Diego.

The food is delicious, we got two types of pho one beef ball and the other beef rib. They were both fabulous, there was enough that I had leftovers for the next day. We also had the pork/shrimp spring rolls which were very fresh and flavorful. The staff was very friendly and we would visit again

My husband and I are new to the San Diego area. As part of settling in, we actively look for our fav restaurants in the area. At this point…..we are locked in on Pho Minh for REAL, authentic Vietnamese. This place sits amongst a few other restaurants. I actually was going to go to Pho Hoa but they only serve beef pho. We wanted chicken Pho. There were a handful of things that I was very impressed with….the woman who took our order was kind and had a very out going personality. They were QUICK. It took only 15 minutes to get our order ready. Their menu has variety and offers delicious dishes like, salt & pepper chicken wings, fish or shrimp….cheese wontons….Bahn Mi sandwiches….stir fry dishes and of course, Pho. Once we got home, I knew their Pho was legit. Made with real broth. Not fatty or salty. It’s just right. AND, their portions are HUGE. The price you pay for their meals is CRAZY when you see the amount of food you get. Not only worth it, but oh so very delicious. If you are in San Diego and are craving some REAL VIETNAMESE food. Go to Pho Minh. I promise you will not be disappointed. And please, say hello to the very nice woman who will be your host. She’s amazing.

Easily some of the best Vietnamese food in San Diego! Came here for a quick bite while my clothes were at the laundromat next door and was blown away by the fast, friendly service and how amazing everything tasted for a great price. Had the Salt & Pepper wings and Shaken beef, would highly recommend!

I never leave reviews but for Pho Minh, I have to! This spot is now an absolute favorite!!! We had an appetizer, viet coffee, and two entrees and everything was so fresh and flavorful. From the freshest lettuce I’ve ever had in their summer rolls to the noodles, I can not wait to come here again. Also, lovely service from the owner!
