There are two cashiers in this store , one wears glasses and the other one doesn’t wear glasses. The one with glasses should be pretty good, but the one without glasses is bad. The last two times I bought a large size of Pho, I took it away. After I paid, I waited at the door of the kitchen. The cashier without glasses walked into the kitchen and told a Mexican guy who was cooker,he said:’give her less.’ When I took it home and opened it. That was Just a small noodle ball , 2 slices of cooked meat, 2 slices of raw meat, I paid $14.46, bought the large size, and it turned out to be smaller than the small size, this is not the case once, I bought it twice in two weeks，but the Same thing happened and I wanted to talk to his manager about it . so I called the store and said I wanted to get in touch with his manager and he always answered the phone because I could hear His voice, I called three times on different days, each time he said the manager was not there, and then I said I wanted to leave my name and phone number, hoping his manager would call back to me, but I never got his manager called me back, maybe the cashier has already thrown my phone into the trash can, maybe his manager is a very irresponsible person, right now I would rather go to another store farther away, I won’t go to this store anymore. Moreover, the same thing happened to my friend who ordered takeaway from this store. I hope this store can change this cashier. The quality of this cashier is really too low, which affects the business of this store. I really can’t understand. they secretly exchange the guests’ large size to small size , which is even smaller than the small size, how much more profit can they make? This is a serious deception.

We found this place on the google maps. I ordered #1 for my 5 years old because she likes cartilage and other viscera , and seafood pho for myself. Everything was pretty good except crab meat , but that’s ok, I just didn’t eat it. The large portions. Polite and fast staff. The rest of our food we took with us, and they kindly provided disposable tableware for soup, drink and appetizers.

I gave a 4 star for overall but I really wanted to give a 4.5 star if it were available. What stands out the most is the price. A small bowl of pho is under $12 (before tax) and a large bowl of pho is under $14 (before tax). Other items on the menu is also reasonably priced. I would like to come back sometime soon since it’s hard to find a pho place like this in Sunnyvale. Also there are plenty of parking spots in the plaza, which makes it convenient.

I have been eating here for years every time I visit the MountainView area. This is a no frills, low cost good food vietnamese restaurant. The service is always friendly and fast and the food is all reasonably priced. The Pho is authentic with plenty of options. Good luck if you choose the large, I hope your hungry! The spring rolls are fantastic. If you are in the area and looking for a quick, affordable, and tasty Vietnamese meal give Pho Nam a try!

Henry is awesome! I ordered a vegetable pho 2 days in a row last week for lunch and Henry served me. I loved this spot so much I brought my fiancé here for the first time tonight for dinner.
