I normally do take out but on this day 5/27/23 I decided to dine in. The waiter sat us down… we waited at least 15 mins before he took our order…. After taking our order , about 20 mins later he brought out the drinks. 20 mins after than 3 of the 4 appetizers came out. My quail came out 10 mins after everyone got there’s. So I get my quail than less than 5 mins later I got my main food which was pho. Didn’t even have time to process my quail…. Anyways the pho broth was bland…. Not sure why when I take it to go it taste a lot better….. any ways the sriracha bottle had crude on the top of the bottle…. They dont even bother to clean correctly. This place is slow when it comes to service…… and to top it all off there was a guy who came in 15 mins after we did and he got his food before us….. such a disappointment this place is….. not sure if I will ever be coming back…

This might be the best pho spot I’ve discovered. Standard price but generous serving with well balanced broth, where you can really finish off the bowl and drink it without getting a headache from the excess salt in other restaurants.

I have been here only once before and we got service from the sweetest kid ever the first time and food was great! My friends and I returned tonight and we felt very unwelcome and the whole visit was pitiful. Asian lady with the glasses is the worst thing about this place. I understand stop may be having a busy or bad night, but why take it out on us. There were only 2 other tables at the establishment. We has to ask multiple times for the items we ordered and she was so dismissive the whole night. Food was mid.

Felt very unwelcome. Took forever for the waiter to acknowledge that I was there. Mind you, it was only one other family in there besides myself. I guess his conversation was more important. It was an older guy but very capable. He didn’t get me water, didn’t see if the food was ok or anything. Luckily a young kid was working, he was the only reason I stayed since he was very polite and helpful. The food was alright but the service didn’t help. I won’t be going back. Left a tip for the kid, hope he got it and not the other guy.

Sitting here waiting about 60mins for 2 pho bowls. Came over with many excuses on why we haven’t gotten our food yet (forgot to put our order in, we are short staffed, it’s 15 degrees outside, my dog is a diabetic) everyone else who came in afterwards has sat, ordered, ate and gone. So if you’re unlucky enough to get forgotten, you may not be fortunate enough to write about the food but rather the service.
