The pho was pretty good for the area. Probably very high is sodium because we were ridiculously thristy, but they managed to balance the taste out so it didnt taste overly salty. The portion was good but the price was more compared to other places. We did get the large. The prices has already been edited on the menu, but there still is a 3.99% surcharge that you will get on your check and of course taxes. They had vermicelli and rice entrees, but not other noodle soup dishes. Customer service was good.

Ventured to Pho Nguyen to check it out. We love Pho and wasn’t sure what to expect in this location. We were pleasantly surprised at the menu and how good the food was. The staff were super attentive and handled a full house quite well. They just opened the business recently and have a few kinks to work out, but you can tell they are serious about offering excellent customer service. While we were there, a lot of people came in to pick up their phone orders, repeat customers… and the staff remembered all their names, quite impressive.

Just got pho delivered from this place, and it’s literally inedible. Broth was cold and bland, noodles are rock hard, and they barely give you any meat. The meat they do give you is slimy and disgusting. I tried to call them to get my money back, but their line rings busy incessantly. My guess is that’s by design b/c they’ve gotten so many complaints about the quality of their food, and they don’t want to deal with it anymore. This will definitely catch up with them, and I will never order from this place again. There are plenty of good options for pho in Boise, avoid this place entirely.

Ordered off Uber eats. Rare steak portion was tiny (1/4 the size you’d get at any other Pho place). Noodles were uncooked (texture of plastic, pretty sure it came straight from the fridge), broth was bland and cold (closer to fridge temperature than room). Tried calling numerous times and the line is disconnected. I hate to leave a bad review, but the left me no recourse.
