I just had dinner at Pho Nomenal Vietnamese Restaurant for the first time. I will be going back again. I had the Pho #12 on their menu with Tai Iced Tea and Warm Sweet Corn Rice Pudding for dessert. Everything was FABULOUSLY DELICIOUS. The server, Joyce was terrific, friendly, informative, personable in the most perfect way. I give this restaurant 5 STARS. Try them when your in Binghamton.

So pleasantly surpised. I love a place that puts the Vietnamese names for each dish first on a menu instead of the translated name, and a place that has the courage to not even list what’s in the bun bo hue. But I also dislike a place that nickels and dimes you, as some other reviews have pointed out. They’ll give you a tiny lime wedge on your basil and beansprout tray, and if you love limes as much as I do, don’t bother paying the 50 cents for their extra two tiny dried out wedges of lime — just bring your own. And of course, there’s a 3% credit card fee, just know that coming in.

Beautiful building. Nicely located downtown Binghamtom and 2 minutes walking distance from the parking garage. Staff are friendly and attentive. Meals came out within reasonable times. The food taste very good. There’s a nice bar I want to try on my next visit. Nice addition to the area.

Took some 3 friends who were not fluent in English and we were fleeced! They ordered 2 pork chops with fried rice and I got a pho soup…. They charged us $116 tips not included. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous! I will never go back there again.
