I love this place! The broth is hearty and has an underlying hint of sweetness. Meat is cooked to perfection. I had the chicken pot stickers and P2.

Absolutely enjoy the food. The wife has to have the Shaking Beef, every time. I prefer the Vermicelli bowl. Got her to like the R6 on the menu.

The food was pretty good but they were really stingy on the meat in my sandwich it literally had one thin slice folded In half . The server was also a little rude.

The service is excellent ; very fast. I personally really like the pho. It is very delicious . Their price is very reasonable I usually pay 25-30$ dollars for two including 2 spring rolls and drinks. You get generous portions that is why I think the price is very reasonable. I frequent this place often

First timer here. Nice atmosphere. Server ( Andy) was very very polite and we conversed often. Had ordered veggie & tofu Pho and pad Thai chicken. Both were absolutely delicious! Staff was super friendly. I travel a lot so ill be sure to stop here again when I can! Thanks Andy!

I had the Pho and my daughter had the shrimp fried rice and both we’re very good. The small Pho bowl was enough for two people, but they could have added a little more rice and shrimp on the plate. Overall everything was delicious.

Ordered a chicken pad Thai and received this terrible mush. Three pieces of chicken mixed in dry noodles. Like where are the eggs and veggies? Super disappointing.

I love Vietnamese cuisine and i love exploring new places to eat. With that said i have my fair share of tasting and visiting hundreds of Vietnamese restaurants around the country. I am happy that there is one place in our area to serve Vietnamese food but i have to be honest, it’s not one of the best of have tried. The pho is good but limited on choices, there is no tendon or tripe pho and most of the choice include meatballs. The vermicelli with grilled pork and rolls was good. However i decided to try a staple dish – shaken beef. This is very traditional dish, with cubed steak, cooked medium, and glazed in sticky garlicky sauce with onions and sometimes tomatoes. It also comes with a dipping vinegar/pepper sauce. Well, none of that was there. The meat was well done, there was no sauce or glaze whatsoever, and was served with very sad looking veggies that looked more boiled than steamed, with no flavor. The meat portion was very small. This was not worth it the $14 price. And it took sooo long , my wife got her sandwich, waited 5 minutes, ate it, and then my dish arrived. 15 minutes apart. If you are desperate for Vietnamese food or never had it, this may do, but if you are looking for excellent Vietnamese food and if you have a good base for comparison, you may want to drive further north

I’d recently moved to Waxahachie and decided to try Pho Noodle & Asian Cuisine since it’s on my way home. I am SOOOO glad I did. The exterior isn’t much to rave about but oh boy, the food was delish! I’ve been there 3 times now and the staff is always courteous and professional. They have one lady (I can’t remember the name) who was super friendly. I will definitely return! Thank you, Pho Noodle!
