The pho was pretty good with not too salty broth. The veggies were fresh albeit very small amount. The starter platter had a nice variety with the proper peanut sauce.

This used to be my favorite pho place in champaign because I loved the soup and the meat quality here. Until I found this piece of paper wrap garbage (looked like a straw wrap?) in the soup. I ordered it for to go and did not order any drinks so I did not get the straws neither. It was gross because it automatically made me think that they were re-using the left over soup, which happens a lot in Asia. I don’t want to be negative, and do want to think that it was a one time mistake, but I still don’t understand why the piece of that paper wrap was inside the soup. I am very disappointed and I do really hope this never happens again.

The meat and chicken were both delicious, and the broth was very tasty. There is also a lot of nuddles. Thai teaI was strong and bitter, thus I do not recommend it. I suggest ordering the Taste Starter Plate first. Last but not least, the robot that delivers the orders is adorable.

Pho station is a great option for pho on campus. If you want pho, this is where you should go. It’s $13-$15 and you get lots of food for the cost. The little bean sprouts, veggies, and sauce make the pho taste even better! This is a more casual place and has chill music playing too. Great for small meet ups with friends with 4 or less people. Park across the street in the lot if it’s after 5pm on a weekday or a weekend!

Tried this place on a recent campus visit for the first time. What a pleasant surprise! The bun bo hue was one of the best I have tried. I would definitely come back when I’m in town again.

Right spice. Well cooked noodles. Good toppings, fresh, juicy beef.

I got the marinated grilled pork banh mi and the wing appetizer. The wings were tender, slightly crispy, and overall delicious. Couldn’t ask for much more. The banh mi was very good, but a few steps away from perfect. I think it could have used a little more filling. Not necessarily more meat, I would have been happy with some more carrots and cucumber. It was still delicious, but next time I go back I’m going to ask if they can add some more vegetables to my sandwich.

Being Vietnamese, I have tasted my dishes from all sorts of restaurants. The bún bò Huế here was lack of flavor. It has mostly cold cut ham and only few thinly, thinly slices or beef meat. The noodles were still wet to the taste because they didn’t let it dry after boiling the noodles. The spring rolls was packed with bean sprouts all the way though. The shrimps were thin slices.

My favourite Vietnamese food in the green st area. The only things I would change is actual fresh thai chillies (peppers) rather than jalapeños, more herbs and bean sprouts, and lettuce to wrap around the spring rolls (egg rolls). Whatever you call them in the US. I am a regular and bloody love the place.

This is a nice straightforward pho restaurant. My wife and I got the seafood pho and the assorted beef pho, and they were quite good. The Thai milk tea, shrimp balls, and dumplings are also good. Prices are reasonable, and servers don’t pester. Service was quick, and the food tasted fresh. All restaurants should be like this.
