It’s unacceptable for the waitress/cashier to be on the phone while serving customers, and it’s also concerning that she couldn’t remember your order correctly even after repeating it to you. Additionally, the fact that your food was cold and bland only added to the frustration of the situation.

I was nearby the area and was craving some pho. I decided go pop in and check out this place since it had good reviews. I ordered my fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce and the P7 (pho with beef brisket and other beef slices, forgot what it is). i ordered the large one priced at 10.99. the broth tasted authentically good, with good amount of meats in it. I quite enjoyed it. the spring rolls were fresh, peanut sauce tasted right. i came in right when they opened so i was their first customer. didn’t think i’d get fast service but i did! The service was quick and friendly. The server (teenage kid with curly hair and probably the owner (asian woman) seemed both kind and approachable. The server was also on his feet making sure the tables are cleaned and prepped. it is a restaurant on the smaller side, so it might be difficult to find seating during lunch or dinner times. All items seemed reasonably priced and i spent about $16 for both items I ordered. I didn’t get to try other items on the menu but i will be back for sure!

I dined in yesterday and it was the first time I ever went there. I love their pho and grilled chicken spring rolls. I loved the fact that it is right in the middle from work to home so it is a nice little stop. Not only was my food brought out fast, but it was hot. The pho had so much flavor, the veggies were fresh, and the meat was tender in the pho. The chicken in the spring rolls made my tongue so happy because it was soft and so flavorful. Everything you need to eat pho with or any food is already on your table. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I did not feel awkward to be there on my own. They are also fast with their service as soon as I got in the allowed me to pick my own table to sit at. I am not quite sure why they have been rated low on their serviced because the server was really nice and brought my food out really quick she also asked a couple of times if I needed anything else. I believe the other person I spoke with was the owner who was the sweetest lady I have met. I wish I had taken a picture to include it on this. Anyways long story short I will definitely go here again 🙂

The service was good. If you love Pho and have adventured into different restaurants… this place is not it. Pho was ok. Nothing special. Same goes for the other plates they serve here. The presentation is nice but the taste is nothing to want to come back for.
