Awesome food. I’m a big fan of pho. The prices are awesome and the staff are very friendly. The only reason I gave it a 4 Star is because I have a friend who has had issues with the owner/cook which has been less than friendly toward them. Other than that I would have been more than happy to give this place 5 stars. I definitely recommend still though.

Pho Saigon is a fantastic gem in Spokane Valley. The food is extremely fresh tasting. My wife was a little nervous when I suggested it and she ended up loving it. The waitress was a very nice girl, food came out fast, prices are low, portions are huge, and food is amazing.

Delicious pho and spring rolls and pot stickers. Service is strange and not very good though. I would give this place less than five stars but the food is just awesome. Worth the weirdness. one time the girl just put pickled pigs feet into my pho without even asking me. Gross! One time I got a to go order and as the girl greeted me she was chewing food with her mouth full! Many times it takes forever for her to come refill your water or take your order. I think she’s the owner’s daughter. Says awkward stuff sometimes too and won’t look you in the eye. Kinda uncomfortable. But fight through the weirdness and you’ll LOVE the food! Best pho in Spokane!

Restaurant was very clean. Came in and ordered 2 chicken pho to go. They packaged it up very nicely and even put everything into a cardboard box so I could easily carry out. Took less than 5 min for them to put it all together and the food itself had great flavor. Definitely going back!

Came in early (4:30) for dinner and the place was empty except for one customer. Server came right over with a menu and water. Placed my order and the spring roll appetizer came out in minutes. Just a few minutes later, the Pho Ga came out with a generous amount of add-ins. The sauce for the spring rolls is a bit more liquified than I’m used to, yet tasted fine. I added Sriracha & sate chili oil to my soup and it was very good. I like that they use white meat chicken rather than dark. The server was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is comfortable. The booth benches are a bit worn and very low, although it made it easier to eat the soup with less splash on my shirt ☺.

Definitely the best place in Spokane for Vietnamese cuisine. One of my staple restaurants to visit for lunch or dinner. I have tried several Pho restaurants in town, and this is by far the best! The family that runs it is also great, always concerned with making sure their customers are satisfied.
