We ordered from the menu, the menu said one price, and when we received our bill it was 3 times the amount. The poor server explained to us that the owner keeps increasing the prices in the system and not informing the customers. I will never go to this place again, the food was tasteless and was nothing compared to the other Pho’s we’ve had. It came out to $39 for each of our bowls, on menu it was supposed to be $12. Almost triple the cost.

Something exciting has officially moved into the neighborhood. It was Halloween and we were limited on options and decided to try Pho Saigon Pearl. We left pleasantly overwhelmed with our taste buds in a daze. No MSG and all ingredients were fresh. The leftovers the next day held to form and I’m confident we have found a winner. Costs are surprisingly low considering the overall portions making Saigon Pearl a real value. I’m looking forward to making this place a permanent part of my rotation for West Valley gems. Cheers!

Wow the broth of their pho is so good!! It reminds me of the great broths in New Orleans and Saigon/South Vietnam. Packed with flavor and complexity. The oxtail pho was delicious! I’ll definitely be back! It’s right next to Banner Thunderbird hospital so if you’re staying at the hospital, you could walk over to the next shopping center on the same side of the street.

The coconut curry soup was amazing just the right amount of spiciness without destroying you and flavorful. It had a decent amount of chicken could use more, but it also had potatoes and it was very filling. The server was very friendly and made sure my water was filled. Only one lady working so I can see the place getting busy it would be a little rough and time-consuming. But I appreciated the laid-back Vibe and will definitely be going back for lunch.

Worst spring roll ever. Do not order those. I got the pork one thinking it would have yummy vietnamese flavor bits of meat. Nope! It had zero flavor and was a large sheet of fatty meat. No flavoring inside the roll either. It was very disappointing.
