The owner spent time crafting a quality bowl of pho with original beef flavor and broth, and not from pho seasoning powder with full of msg like most pho restaurant in the US. The PSX’s bowl presentation is delicious for the eyes, broth is not too dark. The taste is just perfect. Pho Saigon Xua is worth the money and calories for sure.

Best pho in Portland. I eat here all the time, and the quality is consistent. They know my order, are gracious and happy to see me, and they turn it out quickly.

6 months ago this place gave the most meat of any pho house in Portland. Now, they only give half of what they used to. I’ve also noticed that they’ve lost half their clientele. Also, they had one annoying song on repeat the whole time I ate. I won’t go back for a long time

They moved from the old location in Tigard inside Hmart and are now off SE 82nd/Foster in the SF Supermarket Plaza, it’s out of my way but won’t stop me from coming here, the Pho is still so good and I’m so happy to see them with a restaurant and their own space..

The Pho Around Town, I’m not sure what others complaints were. I know the owners don’t speak English well, but they are nice whenever we go and see them talking to others. Anywho! The soup is Awesome!

My dad visited from Vietnam and stayed with me in Portland for a few months. After trying all the known spots, he said this was by far the closest in taste and quality to the pho in Vietnam.

Originally visited this place when it was in Tigard. I thought it was gone forever until I discovered it moved over to Portland. Drive all the way from Hillsboro and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. I had the Pho dac biet and it was amazing!!

Great Pho, lots of meat and really good broth. $17 is steep but the going rate these days. Compared to other places I go this is really good value.
