I eat here 5 days per week. I have for years. I have tried every other pho restaurant in town and this is by far the best. The owners are hard working wonderful people. They have given me gifts, and made special meals for me since I am such a loyal customer. They are family to me. I am saddened when someone like Tatiana calls them a name and leaves a poor review when they refunded her money even though the food was fine and no msg is in use

Best pho in Grand Rapids! My wife and I go here all the time, and always leave warm and satisfied. My wife loves their classic pho, I love the chicken curry (#36). Don’t skip out on the appetizers. They are are SO GOOD! Their Vietnamese spring rolls and cold summer rolls with peanut sauce are always good. Highly recommend!

We stopped here for our first Pho experience. The place is a little run down but liked by locals. If you are not going there for the atmosphere but the food, then you should be content. Having this be our first Pho, I feel that I can’t compare it to anything. I will say you will get a lot of food per bowl. They are not cheap with the meat. You will have plenty in each bowl, if it comes with it. The flavor was good and can be tweeted to your liking with the sauces that are on each table. The “brown” sauce was good although I have no idea what it was.

Very authentic overall, the food, the atmosphere, everything. It’s a place where Vietnamese families with kids come to eat. Food was great, served quickly. Not the strictest on cleanliness just like my tea cups were sticky (like it catches grease by sitting in the kitchen) and I asked for new cups. That’s just part of the deal and I’ll come again for sure.

Just to begin with they overcharged me for the food which I only realized when I checked my bank account!! When I went to pay for my bill at the counter I left the tip on the table, I paid and the waitress had the audacity of asking for tip which then I told her it was at the table. Very very rude and sketchy place. Reading other reviews I noticed that overcharging and rudeness is a very recurring complaint and there were instances where the waitress ran outside, after the costumer had paid, and asked for tip!! I will not leave a review for the food because the experience already says it all! Be aware of this place if you decide to go there!

“ I had high hopes for this place, but it was a huge disappointment. The hygiene was appalling, with a foul odor lingering in the air. The service was incredibly slow, it took forever to get our orders taken and the waitstaff was inattentive and rude. Also, to make matters worse, they overcharged us for our meal and when we bought it to their attention, they didn’t seem to care and brushed us off. It’s unacceptable to be treated this way and to be taken advantage of financially. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. “

My family and I went to eat at this restaurant. so when we came and ordered the food which cost $13×6, she even said thad one of the food was 22 which was not according to the menu prices…he took the tips which are really excessive, the procedure is not consistent in the matter of calculation which is very chaotic. The food had hair and had to be replaced, the replacement is still there was hair but we didn’t say anything so as not to bother them anymore. They think that there aren’t many people complaining like this so it seems that their work is good. People we recommend to go there because the food is not good either, we are not satisfied.
