We came because of the average 4 star review here, but we were greatly disappointed with the service and foods. We brought one water bottle with us to the restaurant and were yelled by the waiter/receptionist after he took the order walking away saying: “Fxck, going out to the restaurant and bringing a water bottle along!” It was so rude, and I was shocked to hear that. I understand the restaurant wants to earn more money, but he could have just nicely said, “we don’t allow outside water.” Why swearing and cursing at the customers? He continued his rudeness talks with us, so we chose to ignore him. I wanted to leave right away, but we already ordered the foods, which turns out to be below average in the end. No wonder it was an empty restaurant with only us there. If you want below average foods and bad service, then this is the place for you. If good foods and service are important to you, go somewhere else.

One of the worst Vietnamese restaurants we have ever tried to eat at. My wife being a Vietnamese Chef knows what Vietnamese cuisine is supposed to taste like. This place missed the mark. And then when we asked NICELY could we exchange for something else (Still hungry) the manager said (HE) NO!! So we paid and left full plate of food on the table. SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT TRY THIS PLACE

So, I’m on vacation here, tomorrow we fly back home, but tonight I felt like trying something. While walking near our hotel (LaQuinta), we stumbled on this little hole in the wall restaurant. Let me just say, this place is not something you want to miss! I got the lemongrass beef vermicelli, the shrimp spring rolls, and the thai tea boba! Everything I got is a delight for the senses! The beef is tender and flavorful, the boba tea was sweet and refreshing with plenty of tapioca pearls, the spring rolls were a bit heavy on the cilantro but otherwise delightful, and the portions are enough to leave you full for sure! Not to mention, the ambiance was immaculate as well. With the gorgeous decor, the soothing music, and the general charm of the place, it really felt like a welcoming and homelike atmosphere! Overall, if you’re heading out of New Orleans by the airport, or if you’re just someone around the area in general, do not miss this spot! You’ll be in for a pleasant treat if you eat here!

We love Pho Sunrise. We drive an hour to eat here. The food is authentic, fresh and delicious. The iced Thai tea boba drink is amazing!!! The wait staff is very kind and helpful. We’ve tried their beef soup and it’s fantastic! Our kids love the vermicelli chicken entree. The portions are generous. Call ahead to make sure they are open because they have changed the hours slightly due to the pandemic. They are worth the drive!!!
