So it saddens me to write this review today because this was definitely one of my favorite spots. Always great customer service and the pho and boba was always on point. Food always hot. But today we are sitting there eating and I’m tearing up my sons wings so that he could eat it and a baby roach crawled out of the plate from under the fries, so I let them know she apologizes and gets a new plate on the way. My son starts reading the reviews and reads about it being in the pho and omg as I sit there with a mouthful of my pho I look into my pho and there was another roach in my darn pho. Will not be back. There’s no telling how many were in my pho or how many I ate.

The food may be good, but I will never know. There were so many roaches I walked right back out. They are on the tables, all around, and in the bathrooms. There’s no way you can convince me it’s not in the food. The worse thing would be getting a steaming bowl of them. Yuck
