Used to like going here because it’s good Pho. I left my card accidentally after I paid for my Togo order. The next day, the restaurant charged me $90.83 they are obviously the ones with possession of my card. I was a regular customer, and they stole my card and committed fraud. How did they think I wouldn’t find out? This is a horrible time to have to get a new card and wait 7-10 business days. It’s caused me a lot more grief than $90.83.

There is an issue with this place, the price the server/owner charged does not match the menu, the prices in the menu does not match what the server/owner charged! Should have been $21.90 with tax, that person said $24, I told her should have update the menu cause confusion. Very sketchy on the first visit. Good thing I had cash on me, not card! I seen some issues with card fraud! Pho TQ is the sketchiest place to dine especially the prices on menu are not updated. $10 for small pho and $7 for spring rolls, on the menu saids $5.50 for rolls and $8 for small pho! Suspicious

Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in the last 4 1/2 years of living here! The pho was amazing but don’t miss their home made garlic chili oil as it absolutely makes the pho broth! I can’t believe on top of all this that they are open till 1am on a Sunday, mind blown! Thank you Tina!

Their service was great and my order came super fast. Wasn’t a huge fan of their egg rolls and they weren’t very tasty but I really liked their veggie Pho soup. Portions were good and the small size was plenty with enough for lunch the next day.

I use to love going there and regular customer! Just got home and my veggie broth is hot water with vegetables & some black pepper and my tofu seemed like hours old! Pho is one of my favorite food to eat but I won’t be going there anymore! God knows what else they put in your food! Seriously serving hot water as veggie broth Do you think customers are stupid! I tried calling the number and it was busy so they are not even picking up the phone!!

The food quality was horrendous and the restaurant is dilapidated. On top of this they’ve committed fraud and gave themselves extra tip on my card. They really thought I wouldn’t notice. Cat Sang down the street is soo much better. These are not honest people and if you are going to eat here, don’t pay with a card!
