Authentic Vietnamese food. Tasty and hearty meals. Hoping for more smiles from the industrious crew. Our gratitude goes to our gracious host Mr.John and Mrs. Neille Marga Nuqui.

The pho is good but the service is awful. I arrive and oder and they didn’t even gives us waters but another Vietnamese couple arrived and they gave them water right away and took their order, another Vietnamese person arriving and they also went over and took their water and took their order. They still hadn’t returned to my table to give us water or anything, I ended up asking for water and they gave us some water but not before serving the the 2 other tables food that arrive after me. I had already order so I just wanted for my food. But I will not be returning. And I always tip at least 20% in cash but this time I left no tip.

Oh pho tai, how much I love you! All the locations are super good! I prefer Burien and federal way, although Kirkland is solid too!

Some may say the service can be kind of non responsive and maybe rude. However they are just trying to get EVERYBODY in this busy restaurant their delicious product. Gyoza is always cooked perfect. Thai Thea is fresh and the spring rolls’ ingredients taste right out of the garden. Lunch time favorite.

Bad service, meat tender is tough like rubber. Watch out for items that you are not ordered but (accidently ? )adding to your bill. e.g. coffee . Waiter accidently cheating 1 coffee to my table. I have to complaint to get it fixed.

Don’t come to this Restaurant. My Kids And I Went in and this Asian Looking Wack Didn’t wanna Help Us. She was mad at something she came to us I was asking if we could sit at the far end she said No With her mean face. There’s people came in and that’s when she start saying hello. Which is Racist. She was doing this in front of my 5 & 4 years old daughter. SMH….

Cole slaw has no taste and it’s expensive the teriyaki chicken plate ……Just saying that if you are going to charge almost $16 for teriyaki at least make the chicken a bit softer . My chicken was a little hard .

Bahn Mi served withe correct bread which has a crisp flakiness to it. Many other restaurants have been using the wrong bread. I now have a new go-to Vietnamese restaurant.
