We come here often, today 05/08/2023 @4:40 pm. I walked in with my husband and son. The hostess (blonde skinny girl with no bra on) , who I am assuming is the hostess since she didn’t bother to greet us or acknowledge us, turned her back when we came in. The guy behind the bar counter is the one who greeted us and asked us how many. I said 4, again the “hostess” grabs menus and just walked away. Didn’t look at us, didn’t say anything at all. “I asked do we follow you?” she turned and looked at us and said yeah like I was dumb. Then when she realized I got upset because clearly I didn’t come here to read anyone’s mind, she made a face, put the menus on the table and walked away again and say nothing. Not even, a server will be right with you. This is the first time we have been treated like this here and it’s sad how much this place has gone down. They never have what we order. They are always “out of it”. Sunny’s is our new go to place. Where a manager actually comes and checks on the table. George who was our server was amazing. He should find somewhere else to work. The three stars is because of him.

DO NOT LEAVE WITH YOUR 2 GO ORDER WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR FOOD FIRST.!!!!!! I’ve been coming to this place for TWO years because it’s right down the street from me. The food is always good, but when I order 2 go, THEY ALWAYS MESS UP MY FOOD ORDER EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. It hasn’t been one time, it’s been MULTIPLE times, but I don’t feel like driving 20 min to the central location because, why should I have to when this one is 5 min away. This last time I ordered 2 soups, 1 tofu and 1 chicken. Well they only gave me 1 soup, and when asked about the 2nd soup, they were going to charge us for it. So you’re telling me ONE SOUP IS $32???? They took my order to the back to fix it, and this time they gave me beef….still no tofu. Took my order to the BACK AGAIN, and this time they were missing noodles….I don’t get it! When we dine in, no issues. But the next time I order to go (if there’s even a next time) I will probably not pay until they have my order right.

Very discouraging and disappointed in the most recent visit today. I was here back in April and the experience was very good, which is the reason why I came back. Just came into town from a long road trip and believed that it would be like the previous time. Waiter was busy talking to the supervisor and not really caring about the client at the table. The place wasn’t very busy, yet the waiter never came around to the table offer a refill or ask if the food was good. Being very hungry ate the food, however, really didn’t enjoy it. Perhaps it was the quality of the service this day? Talked to the supervisor with the pink short hair, but it didn’t seem like she cared about the feedback I provided. Didn’t offer an apology nor a discount. This will be the last time I come around here.

Just what you need on a cold west Texas day. I haven’t had pho in a very long time but this place really hit the spot. A small is enough for anyone, I don’t know what the large looks like but I couldn’t even finish the small. Waiter was attentive and the pho came out quickly. Not sure what other pho joints are around El Paso but this could be the best.

We call to orders for To-go like 15 minutes before leaving. When arriving at the restaurant and asking for to pick up, they act confused and don’t know what to do. They ended up just writing the order but didn’t make it. Have to wait there another 10 minutes for the order to be made, when it should have been done like 15 minutes ago. Also, for the dine in, there are take 10-20 minutes for the server to ask or come to your table. They didn’t pay attention to customers. Some of the employees are just on their phone or talking behind the counter. Food is great, but customers’ services really need to be improved or trained better.

I just want to start off saying that the service was actually pretty good. Nice sweet girl took care of us. Everything was going good, they even had one direction playing until our food came out. I ordered the steak & brisket pho and tell me why my broth was sweet????? SWEET??? Noodles over cooked as well. Couldn’t finish my small bowl of soup because the flavors were not mixing well. The worse $60 spent in my life. I should’ve just gotten a mc chicken :/

We came during the soft opening after soccer practice. Although it wasn’t on the menu, we were able to order kids menu items, which they loved. I ordered the large pho with brisket and rare beef, and my wife ordered the beef banh mi sandwich. Both items were great, and we all shared a banana bread cake which we haven’t had before. Will definitely be coming back to this place!
