My recent visit to Pho VA was a complete letdown. I cannot emphasize enough how unsatisfied I was with my experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was clear that this establishment falls far short of the mark.

First few pictures were from the first visit. Everything was amazing. The create your own pho concert is awesome. You can even make it with a spicy broth. The pricing is very modest. Iced coffee was awesome. The last photo is from the second visit. We went another time within ten days. I found not one but two bugs in my pho soup. I was disgusted. One was definitely a roach with antennas. But the other bug looked more like a bee with the patterns it had. I’m not sure if the bugs were in the soup or in the chili oil I put in. It’s just rather disturbing that there’s two bugs not just one. But needless to say I probably wont go back to this area for a while. The server was very apologetic and took the plate into the kitchen to show the chef or whoever was back there.

Went with my family of 4. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a gentleman, I assume was the owner. He was so kind. We shared that is was my kids (teens) first time eating Thai food. He explained everything and even joked around with us. The waitress was also so sweet. The crab Rangoon was great. Out of our 4 meals, the Pad Thai was the best!! So yummy!! At the end of the meal, the owner brought us over friend donuts free of charge since it was our first time. Was a great experience! Highly recommended!!

Full menu, and this mom & pop does everything well!!! I recommend the 5-Spice Golden Chicken – on rice or Pho, split a Banh Mi as an appetizer and the shrimp salad is also a great appetizer. The garden/fresh rolls are great, but who messes those up?

Not what I expected the pho had little flavor, the meat was chewy and when I took a bathroom break the kitchen looked dirty with uncovered meat and ceiling falling apart. The bathroom ceiling was covered in cob webs and the entire back kitchen smelled like sewer.

Very good food. Even tho it’s called Pho Va their rice dishes were delicious. I stopped by here because it accepts credit card. I tore the fried chicken up mayneee. I need more chicken tho. It wasn’t a lot. My gf had the shaken beef.

Small hole in the wall ish. Decent Service. Pho broth is good. Signature Fried Chicken dish is executed well, crispy but did not taste the five star spice & used much of the dipping sauce. The tricolor rice is good.

Small family Phở restaurant, but this place packs some great tasty Phở (comments for Pho only) compare to most places inside of Eden Center. We ate Phở đặc biệt và phở đặc biệt spicy, and both bowls are great. Fast serving and friendly by the old couples. Parking is only tough during peak hours or weekend.

I love this little restaurant. A man and a woman were working in the front; both very attentive and friendly. We always get Pho, but there are a lot of other things on the menu that I would like to try. We used to go to a larger, longer-established restaurant at Eden Center, but Pho VA has more space between the tables; humerous sayings on the walls; and more personal attention. The music they played was really lovely! They also take credit cards, which is really helpful. Our lunch was just over $30 for two people, before the tip.
