Stopped by for luch with my boyfriend. We got the vegetarian crispy rolls to start, then the ginger chicken and the yellow curry chicken. My boyfriend enjoyed a guava margarita and I a lovely pot of Oolong. Inside is cute, but simple decore lending the atmosphere is cozy and inviting air with a super friendly staff.

There were a few promising vegetarian dishes. I really wanted soup on this cold rainy day and it was warm and filling. The flavor could have been fuller. The service was great and the atmosphere was clean and interesting. Very full for a Monday evening.

Oh M Goodness!! I would eat here every single day if I could. The first bite into a bowl of their Pho is like heaven!! The waitstaff is so kind and thoughtful too. 🙂 I hope you get Mitch as your server, he’s got a heart of gold and a smile full of joy!! The Pho is so balanced, perfectly sweet, salty, spicy, and fresh!!

When walking in, I couldn’t tell if we order at the front desk or if we sit and have service. We sat and a wonderful server came to us and helped us choose what we should try. Absolutely wonderful place and quick! The portions are huge, so be prepared to take some home.

The pho picture had to wait. And I’ll tell you, if you are as pleased as I am. You’ll take the same picture. The noodles tasted cleaned and the broth flavorful but enough left to taste the basil and lemon should you choose to add it. Very fair portions of beef and noodles. Definitely a comfort spot for delicious pho

Haven’t been in since COVID and things have changed a bit. Food and service is still great but now you pay before sitting and be aware of the gratuity charge if paying with card. Mahalo Pho Van Beaverton!

High prices, forced 18% gratuity and average food = this customer is Not returning. And if the gratuity is automatic, then where’s the incentive to offer good customer service? Why should we pay your employees wages? If you can’t afford to pay your employees then you can’t afford to be in business. Add that BS gratuity into the cost of the food.
