People were nice, and the portions were good, but I was expecting more flavors and more spicy heat, too. I love for local mom and pop places to make it, and I always want to support them, but maybe turn up the heat. Or give the option for mild or spicy. I think Missoula can take it. The fried shrimp appetizer was different, with what I think was some added minced chicken under the whole shrimp. It gave you more to bite into and had good flavor when used with dipping sauce

Not your typical authentic Vietnamese food especially pho. No ingredients to add (peppers, oyster sauce or any other sauce. Just look at the photo. It’s exactly what you get.

I grew up in a small town that had a few authentic Vietnamese restaurant’s throughout the years, so I was quite excited to try Pho Vi. Sadly the flavor was missing for us. Everything was bland with no aromatics. Toppings were limited. The pre-portioned Thai tea was more milk than tea, again lacking flavor. My mom was confused when the pho came with a lemon rather than a lime.. I don’t know if I’d come back, their curry looked good.

Pho Vi is my absolute favorite restaurant. The food is amazing, wether you are looking for a light meal of spring rolls or a heartier noodle or rice dish. The thai iced tea is outstanding. The service is wonderful.

Pho at this place might not be the best we have ever tried, but it still was very tasty. The portions are very large, and it is almost impossible to finish. It was a little chilly inside, but we still enjoyed the visit. Great egg rolls and pho.

I come here all the time for takeout orders and it is always my most favorite “fast food” to pick up, especially if you want a healthier, hot comfort food during the long winters. I recently had a dine-in experience here for the first time and it was lovely. The food was amazing as usual, the waitress was attentive and pleasant and everyone was really happy with their food. They are always busy here because they are so popular! I’m so glad to have a place like this in Missoula, where good ethnic food options are fairly small.
