Let me just say… WOW. I’m still blown away by the quality of the pho noodles at this restaurant! Not only is it the best I’ve had in Toledo, but it’s got to be up there with the best I’ve ever had. While the service may be a little slow, it’s important to keep in mind that the mother of the cook is over 70 years old and still whipping up meals like a pro. In my opinion, it’s well worth the wait! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food is good, highly salted, so be prepared. The older lady is old and tired but she does her best. English and American culture are foreign to her, so her manners seem to be a bit rude in this culture, but I don’t think she does it on purpose. My food came in a timely manner. I got a soup to go, the plastic containers that they put the hot broth were very thin, and I became concerned that the plastic may contaminate my food.

Place was very uninviting. Probably the most unassuming restaurant I have been in. There was an older lady as the only waiter in the restaurant, which was probably why service took longer. The first thing we were told by her was that all the prices on the menu were 1-5$ more expensive. Prices were high but alright. The pho was delicious and decently portioned, but my sister got the spicy noodle broth and it was so spicy it was barely edible. The appetizers were alright. Pho was decent but probably wouldn’t come back due to the prices if I lived in Toledo

Order the #17 Pho with extra meat and noodles. Food came out very quick (I came in way after lunch around 2:30). Haven’t been here in 4 years, but brother is even better than I remember and best of all the places I’ve been to in Toledo. Dining room is very bare bones but you’re here for good eats, not atmosphere- although it is charming in its own way. Only downside was prices in menu weren’t accurate and I wasn’t told while ordering.

I wanted authentic pho. I like my kids experiencing different cultures. Some have complained about the older woman but she took extra time to serve my children and I. I thought this place closed for awhile and I’m very happy to see it reopen. Pho is medicine. We no longer live in Toledo but I come here when I’m in town. They have chicken fingers and fries my kids loved. Not a fancy place but tasty and fresh and we left with happy tummy’s.

The five stars is for the food and service. The decor of and the facade of the restaurant is not very attractive. I thought I found the wrong place when I was walking in! I talked the owner, a very nice young man, said he’s opening another one soon. The temperature of the broth was nice and hot, the meat was fresh tasting and the condiments are clean. It can use a better ventilation system for the entire restaurant. I think a lot of asian restaurants have the same issue, the smell of the kitchen permeated all over the dinning room, which I think downgraded the overall experience. Price is good too. I would go back for sure.

Excellent food! The pho is excellent. And you have to try the fried fish balls! The exterior of the building is a bit rough, and the service maybe not quite as attentive as some might like, but definitely worth the trip!
