Would give 6 stars if I could . Called in for carry out since we were in transit to our hotel In Reston after a long drive from Virginia Beach. Ordered goi cuon (fresh spring rolls) and two orders of Bun Bo Hue (one with pig knuckles). When I went inside to pick up my order, ambiance is great, well lit and clean. Service was great too since they mistakenly gave me pig’s blood and no pig knuckles. So they immediately told me to wait a few. When I stepped out and came back, they gave me the extra pig knuckles. No fuss, no extra charge – that is great service!

Vermicelli is my favorite Vietnamese dish. Pho VietFresh makes a good runner up to my favorite place. The grilled chicken is delicious with all the fresh veggies and rice noodles. I’ve only ever had carryout.

Ordered pork chop rice. The pork chop was of good portion, but with a few pieces of fat out of proportion. Attention was brought up to the management towards the end of the meal. The response was that it was normal. I was hoping for better quality control in the kitchen. Obviously the management lacks of customer engagement skills, the response was that i should have given instructions to the wait staff about how much fat to leave on. Lol, that shows how much the management cares about positive customer feedbacks.

Great Vietnamese restaurant in Franklin Farm. Food taste good and generous in serving. Place is big and clean. I’ve been here twice and the lady who take the orders isn’t friendly and never had a friendly attitude to customers. When you request for take out boxes you need to wait for a long time and needed reminder.

Ever since finding this place I keep having to come back for more! It is definitely one of the very top Phó places I have been to. One of my favorite aspects about their Phó is that you can choose your toppings from no meat to all meat AND they are always very generous with their portions of meat.The broth always has a very rich flavor base. I have always been able to finish a large by myself at other places. However, I can barely finish the regular one here.
