Nice restaurant and cozy on the inside but don’t blink twice when looking for it or you’ll miss it tucked away at its location. The food was tasty and full of flavor and good portion size. I had a bowl of pho with shrimp along with an egg roll that was delicious. Service here was good but a tad slow after the order has been taken otherwise fast on taking the order. Plenty of parking and the restaurant is clean on the inside and out. I would recommend this place to anyone including my friends to try it out.

Didn’t start well with the service at all. We were a party of 5 and a friend ordered Thai Tea without Boba – she got it with Boba! Server didn’t even bother to take it back for for one without! Just looked at her until she relented and said “its ok”! Then when we ordered, one of the guys who is Vegan ordered their Crispy Veggie Roll. What did he get? A fresh spring roll that was just filled with noodles and a few silvers of carrots and cucumbers. When we asked why is it not the fried ones, he said it’s not Vegan (what the…) and walked away!

Decent selection of regular Vietnamese dishes in the middle of the desert. Had their Bun Bo Hue and thought their broth was not as flavorful. Service could be better too. Other than that, everything else was good.

Young girl with the glasses that takes your order as you walk in was ready to clock out or something. Didnt ask if I was dining in or takeout? Just looked at me and took care of another customer that was picking up. So i just decided to sit myself down. I waited for about 5 minutes and I had to ask her “Can I have a menu please? She was like menus are there. Which I asked her do you have another menu because the ones on the counter are the paper ones you take home. Her reply was , “No those are the only menus” Mmm ok. Took one. Look over the menu. No one ever came to offer water, nothing. Went in line, ordered my order. Had a few questions about substituting an item. And correct me or not but are todays young workers filled with attitude if they get annoyed if someone ask a question? In otherwords you know working is what your doing. Its annoying to do anything or speak to your customers. That moment I decided choose your battles. This little girl is not worth it. And I was right on the money. As soon as she was done taking my order. I saw her grab her bag and take off. I get it you want to go home but have some kindness to your last customer. Plus the whole restaurant is hot AF. Disappointed for sure.

Pho Vu is a very delicious place to consume a fast, quickly served no frills meal. I always enjoy the same dish and it never fails. The location is quite easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. The customer service is friendly and fast. I can’t say that this would be a romantic dining get away or a place to enjoy the company of friends since the service is so fast and efficient. I would recommend as a quick bite and for some very good food.
