On July 7 we visited Phoenix Asian Cuisine. The staff was very helpful and prompt. The food was excellent and very fresh. You could tell nothing was left sitting around in the kitchen. Prices were $$$, but overall it was a very enjoyable meal.

This is my favorite place to go to eat asian mix food in town. The best pineapple rice, phoenix rice is the BEST. I ORDERED ONCE SUSHI FRIED and I love it. The honey chicken is great as well. The spare ribs are delicious very juicy. So you have to go to this place and try it. The attention is great. The service is fast and the atmosphere, the music, is good. This is my FAVORITE place.

My first time at this restaurant. I enjoy Asian food so it was nice my expectations were met. I was seated right away and had my drink pretty quick. They have many of the main Asian dishes but some of there own as well. In fact I tried the Phoenix Chicken. The food was tasty and the server made sure I was taken care of. Overall it was a notch up from some of the smaller Asian places.

It was our first time here and we were pretty excited to try it out, but it was kind of a let down. The food wasn’t bad, but it was definitely not worth it at that price point. It was average, nothing extraordinary. Takeout quality. We ordered 2 apps, 2 sushi, 2 entree, and it was definitely higher than most places. The sushi, fried rice, and lo mein was not entirely that bad though. The service was good. I get that dark restaurants are cool, but it can be too dark.

We’ve come to Phoenix for years and loved their food especially Phoenix Fried Rice which we’ve ordered every time we’ve come. One day we asked if we could order takeout trays if we had party and were told absolutely and were guaranteed that they would cook 1 serving at time just like eating in the restaurant so that the taste would be the same. Weeks later we had party and ordered 2 trays (12 servings total – $150 worth of food) since we loved it so much. Once we got home, we were so disappointed. It was a like a complete different dish, no flavor, no taste at all. Color looked plain just like they just toss things in hurry at the last minute. That day we had a house full of people and we wanted to surprise them with this one dish, but we were so embarrassed. We called the restaurant manager (Stephanie I think) and she said she’d check with the chef and call back, but received no call back. We called back again the next day and talked to another lady (since Stephanie was out) and explained the same thing and were told she’d let Stephanie know and would call us back. Again we did not receive any call back. The worst part is that we didn’t even ask for money back (and we made it clear when we called that we just wanted to inform them the problem of our order). It’d have been ok if they said “Sorry. We’re not sure what happened, but what can we do to make it right?”, but they didn’t even admit it or take any responsibility. It is a shame and sad because we really loved the place, and it was our go to place, but that was it. We stopped going there ever since.

Enjoyed Saturday lunch. The Pan Fried Prawns were spectacular, the BBQ Korean Beef melted in your mouth and the Chicken Kung Pow was so plentiful with lots of peanuts! Our server was very good and polite, even though he had many tables. Was a relaxing lunch!
